The rating breakdown
0 of the 43 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for BigSteelBox are one or two star.
Worked out from 43 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Lethbridge

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Super friendly and polite staff, quick to help get you set up with a container. Containers were cheaper to rent than a storage unit in town and more space. I was able to load directly at Big Steel Box location as I didn’t have yard space for a box to be dropped off.
We're so happy to know our storage services worked well for you Angie! Thank you for the great review.
This company has been the absolute least of my worries while moving. They have been responsive, easy to discuss options and change dates. They even called me to double check my email when it didn't work for them. I have nothing but great things to say so far. Called me when the box was picked up and sent emails when it arrived at new destination. Money well spent in my opinion.
We're so happy to know you had a great moving experience, Kyla! Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a nice review.
If only everyone ran their business this way! Very professional, courteous, and punctual. Highly recommend.
This is so great to hear! Thank you Michael, we're really glad to know you were happy with the service you received from us.
We were in the middle of listing our house so we decided to get a storage unit of some sort. I called around and the price of the big steel box was pretty much the same as a storage unit with the exception of the delivery charge. The charge was well worth the convenience of have the unit on my driveway which probably save me time and money driving to other end of the city to brings a bunch of loads.
Thanks very much for taking the time to share your storage experience Dan! We're happy to know it helped make the process of packing and moving easier.
