A total load of horse bologna. First off, they are rude and impatient. They hire local temps without a background check or drug test. So you never know who will be handling your items. Overpriced and shady. Since you won't have professional movers, you can expect missing and broken items. BEWARE!!!!!!!
Waited all morning for a delivery. Never arrived. They said there was an "accident" this morning so things were delayed. Did not extend the "normal" curtesy of a phone call so I could get on with my day instead of wasting it. Terrible …
Peter, we are very sorry to hear of your recent experience with Bisson. You are correct that we should have called earlier to inform you of the delay, and we apologize. We try to plan our small furniture deliveries in an efficient manner, and yours was originally scheduled for the end of the day.
My mother ordered furniture online and it was shipped through this company. Delivery was not attempted and it was impossible to reach anyone.
Used Bisson for an International move, it was a disaster. Very little damage but we lost several thousand $$ of personal property, we did however receive several items that were not ours so another customer of Bisson also lost property. They are likely good for a short move down the road but if your property goes into their warehouse do not expect to get it all back!
Everything was going smooth on the move to a new state. Until the movers showed up. I am not pointing fingers and saying it was the guys who were unloading fault. 13k LBS moved.. tables chairs, carpet, sofa, and a piano. They show up and they realize they needed to get a box truck since the big truck couldn't make it down the street. then the onion started to peel back. first they said they needed a professional to move to Piano.. then the furniture started to come in .

Horrible experience. I had a ladder dropped off that was completely unusable. They also dropped it off and stood it up in front of my car with the legs in the air because they knew the legs were damaged. Luckily, this did not fall over in my vehicle. When I called them back, I could never contact a representative regarding the issue.
I contracted with this company to ship one piece of furniture and one large art piece from Maine to Texas. The items were picked up on 8/18/2025 and only arrived last Wednesday 1/7/2026, four and a half months later! Apparently, my shipment …
Do NOT use this moving company, unless you want to be lied to and mislead. The estimate was a joke, I was feed poor information over and over again!!!!! I was told if I reduce weight I will save money, that was a huge lie in its self!! …

Today I took delivery of my belongings that had been in storage with Bisson Moving & Storage. I can only use the word 'EXCEPTIONAL' for the service I received from the three men who moved me into my new home. Professional, kind, thorough, neat, friendly, etc. Like I was told, "we are here for you". And they were! Just the very BEST! THANK YOU Fred, Eugene and Lexis! And I would highly recommend Bisson Moving & Storage for your moving and/or storage needs. A very good experience all the way around!
Xavier, Steve, and Dylan were fast, professional, and personable during our move. We would definitely recommend Bisson Moving based on our experience with them and will use them again for our next move!
