Integrity Movers

Our experience with Integrity Movers was nothing short of an absolute nightmare. We deeply regret hiring them for a residential move and caution anyone looking for honest, quality movers to look elsewhere immediately. They did not provide the services advertised, failed to bring enough labor to complete our job, could not pack boxes properly, provided a false estimate, and broke/damaged numerous items.

Integrity Movers moved me to my new home September 2019. I called to get a estimate & I was told they would send me a quote via email, and I was able to edit my quote. It was crazy & misleading in my opinion. I had a smaller move. Their business is out of Scarborough. They were to pick a couple of things up at Higgins Beach, and proceed to Ocean View Harbor (4 min from Higgins Beach) to pick up some furniture to proceed to my ultimate destination which was The Downs.

I reviewed them early they were polite and careful. but the the price was changed because we were told we slowed them down ???? they never moved what they were supposed to and after getting settled I found something missing. I called and as …

I 100% regret hiring this company, Integrity Movers. Details: 1: The size of the move was approximately a small 2 Car Garage size worth of tools, workbenches, tools chests, and one CNC machine. 2: The travel distance was 53.7 miles. 3: Three-person crew took a total time of 9.25 hours ($250/hr), for a small box truck worth of items. (So small they had to use my pickup truck for a few items.) 4: Be prepared to pay $250 for a lunch break for your crew.

**Update: the owner of the company did reach out regarding our concerns and came to inspect the damage to the property and bring us some boxes. He still failed to be apologetic at all of how terrible the move was, but did attempt to make things right in paying for the damages and bringing us some supplies. I truly hope this is a one-off for Integrity, as they have been quality in the past.** First, let me preface this by saying that this review is in no way a reflection of the two amazing movers that Integrity…

I was willing to pay Integrity’s higher price because of their advertised “white glove” service. Unfortunately that is not what I received. Intergrity’s crew were polite and good. Issues with poor shrink wrapping but not enough for this low review. What was most troubling was their unclean and torn moving blankets. All my furniture was clean and ready for storage and then wrapped in these blankets. I should have taken pictures. Later when I found the bag the mattress plastic bags were in, it was dirty.

I organized a move for my aunt and contacted Integrity Movers. I initially appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. Despite having a signed contract with Integrity Movers, they called to cancel a move from Maine to Florida ONE WEEK prior to the actual move. Their excuse was that another customer had canceled their move so it no longer made sense for them. I'd be very careful about using them as they may cancel at any time (despite a contract) and I would consider this company very unreliable.

The movers really worked hard but weren’t very careful—there was some damage to the wood furniture. My biggest gripe with Integrity, however, was with the estimate, the price was significantly under quoted (quoted by the company president, Ken). This was despite the fact that I sold some large pieces which were in the house at the time of the quote. Ken didn’t have the decency to call me back after competition of the move (which took 2 days since a second truck had to be brought in). Would not recommend Integrity.
