They did not show up for my personal move despite it being scheduled and confirmed months in advance. Also, I had a friend who used them and their move was also late but also missing shoes and a broken TV. It is a group of companies under a larger National head that includes United Van lines.

We recently hired Noyes Moving for a cross-country move. Our shipment arrived safely and earlier than expected, however, we had significant issues with packing services and billing. Bob was very helpful in providing our original estimate, suggesting a container-based move for overall cost savings and to meet our timing needs for delivery at our new home. However, the packing charges were extremely disappointing. We packed nearly everything ourselves and had only two people from their team assist for about an hour.

Earle W. Noyes and Sons is the worst moving company out there. Tho they are part of United Van Lines they are completely unprofessional in their costumer service. The driver and his crew were great on pickup day tho they marked everything worse then it really was, but from there it went down hill. The office people don’t like to get back to you specially when they screw up. They held onto my stuff for almost a week because they claimed they couldn’t find a driver.

Do not use this company! They broke a lamp of mine and claimed it wasn’t their fault because I didn’t identify damage to the moving box before they left. There were about 100 boxes and they left five minutes after unloading so that would have been impossible. And they also charged me extra for insurance which they then refused to honor.

Everything that could have gone wrong did. Numerous items were damaged and the company fought me tooth and nail to make reparations. The dish packs were rifled through and clothes were stuffed into them. Jewelry was missing. Temporary help …

TLDR: AMAZING. Look no further than Noyes. DETAILS: This was our third move with Noyes and once again they outdid themselves. We were very glad we hired them again. (For context, this move was from an antique four bedroom home on three floors with a barn to a modern five bedroom home on two floors with a garage.) Their crew was FANTASTIC -- in the office and onsite -- so helpful, efficient, understanding, good-natured, and easy to work with.

I had a wonderful experience with Earl W. Noyes & Sons and would absolutely hire them again. Every member of the team was professional and polite, starting with Charlotte in the office all the way to the crew on moving day. The movers were extremely considerate of both my belongings and our time. They communicated clearly, even letting me know when they were taking breaks, and it was obvious they were well-trained in packing the truck efficiently.

Our local move by Noyes Moving Co. was in the hands of three capable individuals led by Cassie and supported by Anthony and Zeke. They worked together relentlessly for six straight hours at a very fast pace and yet with great care for our property, not just the items they were lifting and moving, but great caution for the inside of our home at every turn up and downstairs repeatedly. This was a topnotch experience. From the assessment quote visit to the packers and the actual move, employees were committed to quality and customer service. We had a very large move in a snowstorm. Movers showed up ready to win and made it happen with no mistakes made, nothing broken, and no complaints.
