Terrible service from day 1. I hired BBM to move only my larger furniture mid December. They damaged furniture as well as my walls in the home that I had just finished building. The movers showed up on time the morning of my scheduled move smelling like weed. They took no measures to protect my flooring or walls. Upon finishing the job, they said they would return the next day to patch up the walls where they had took out chunks of drywall with the corner of furniture pieces.

Very disappointed. The movers were polite but they poorly loaded the uhaul truck. We had to unload half of it so we could go back in and backfill the considerable gaps in the middle of the truck. We had the biggest uhaul truck available (26foot) and we knew there was a possibility all of our stuff wouldn't fit. With that being said, they made odd choices as far as what they loaded. None of our TV'S were loaded, a headboard and footboard were loaded but not the frame, and chairs were haphazardly strewn about.

This is the WORST moving company I have ever worked with. Not only did it take them more than the quoted time to move a two bedroom apartment across the street but they didn’t have any appropriate moving equipment. The company also wanted …

I have damage to walls, doors, door frames and my furniture. They did not use the space well and did not move everything. Let's not forget about the guy that tossed my cat carrier WITH MY CAT IN IT and did not think twice about what he did or apologize instead just kept complaining and walking around my place thinking about what to take next.

The crew was very nice. However they had no idea how to do moving. I have significant damage to two houses and the majority of my furniture, mostly just scratches and gouges. But way too many damages to ever recommend them. They did not use furniture pads or take any effort to protect my belongings as we moved across town. During the move they continually ran into walls with furniture because they didn't look. I have 89 images of damage that I have to send in to their claim process.

The movers were very nice but did a terrible job. TONS of broken items in boxes (well-padded boxes were completely smashed because they put heavy items on top) and almost every piece of furniture has nicks and gouges. My 5 ft long metal outdoor table was crushed because they put a TREADMILL on top of it. I used them to pack PODS and they didn't properly secure anything. After they left, we had to buy straps to secure items from falling against the doors - but it still happened and PODS had to pry a door open.

If you want your stuff damaged these are the guys to go with. Destroyed an $800 speaker by picking it up from the grill which has no structural support. Dragged a freezer across garage floor, bending the front feet, instead of tipping it up on rear wheels. Assured me they could move a safe and then show up with a busted appliance dolly that they had to go get parts for. Absolute amateurs.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We scheduled our move and had them come out and give an estimate over 2 months in advance. Less than 48 hrs BEFORE our move, Cindy from reservations calls and says they have a staffing issue …
