They raise your rates periodically, even if the unit is offered at a lower price to new renters . So instead of valuing your business and loyalty , they take advantage of you since they know you have your belongings there and it is a hassle to move them . Also , the air conditioning went out in a temperature controlled unit I paid a premium for and they did not notify me . I found out from a neighboring renter who visited frequently . Some of my belongings, for example rugs with latex backing were ruined .

One of the worst places to rent from at least this specific facility The woman that manages it is never there The gate has had malfunctions several times in the past year that I have rented from them and yet nobody has ever there to manually let you in every month she increases your monthly payment without notice a letter or reasoning I went from $68 a month to $268. In one year a 200 increase for 1 years ridiculous and the old lady that runs it is very rude and judgmental

This place is horrible, I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. The lady in the office is very rude, has added multiple fees $50+ every month of renewers insurance that is already paid through a different company, and provided proof month after Month. Do not rent here

Facility met our needs and was clean. However we vacated on Oct. 1st and still have not recieved a refund as of the 20th. Disappointed for sure.

Amy, the new lady is absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. Not sure of the last person that I have dealt with since last August but she was terribly rude and just seemed angry all the time. Almost switched to a different company because of her.
