Unfortunately I had to put a star on here just to write a review. I am absolutely disgusted with StorageMart, the manager at the location on Delaware Ave is completely rude and lacks the customer service you need for a customer service job. She was rude when I rented the space online instead of in the office because it was cheaper online. Pam is her name, disrespectful. We also had our storage unit broken into with items stolen and police were not called. Worst place to store your stuff and NOT secure!!!!

Was locked inside the gate as they do not have 24 hour access. No signs posted with gate hours or to note you will be locked in if not out by a certain time. Of course there was no customer service to talk to as it just went to voicemail. I had to leave my car there and get a ride home. They called the next day and said the hours are in the contract and the gate locks down at that time. Just about every other storage business in the area has 24/7 access if you are looking for a unit. Don't get trapped in this one.

Rented space for six months in 2019. When we went to move our items there were mice in the unit and damage to some of our belongings. When we told the woman working the counter of the mice infestation she was indifferent and rude. Also, we called when the unit was emptied and told the manager that a mouse ran from our unit into the next unit and we were told she would call an exterminator. No concern for the damages we incurred.

Pam (The Property Manager) is absolutely rude and terrible to deal with. Pam gets an attitude because she actually has to do her job. They steal my stuff was stolen from my storage unit conveniently after Pam called me rudely. You also have Karen’s who are in your business and will follow you. Will never use this storage place again. WHAT A JOKE!!

Called and asked a simple question about payments, Pam at the delaware location hung up on me the first call while I was looking in my notes app to find my unit number and when i called back she was INSANELY rude and unhelpful.

The rates for this facility are far too high for what I do there, and my family and I will be happy to move away from it and store your valuables somewhere else.
