Would give zero stars if that were an option. The manager is rarely on-site, does not return calls or messages in a timely manner, and repeatedly disregards documentation showing that customers already have their own insurance. Communication has been consistently unprofessional and, at times, outright rude. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service with a storage facility.

the manager mary just terminated my storage unit cause she can not seem to manage nor customer service let alone clean up rain water where it always leaks from the ceilings onto the floor. was told and can see for myself it’s a brand new building and i’ve never seen a wet floor sign but always see this one puddle of water left there all day the next day after it rains. the puddle happens to be by this particular exit door by my unit. it’s giving lazy. it’s giving go home!

I have spoken to the new manager on-site and she has been very pleasant to speak with. What StorageMart doesn't tell you is your rates will triple the longer you stay. I suggest Green Acres down the road. Regarding insurance, I am covered continously. They expect your insurance company to send them your renewal or yourself each year without communication. Which means you pay StorageMart extra and you pay your insurance company. Do NOt recommend this facility

Raised my price 25% after 4 months. Women I spoke to over the phone refused to work with me on price and argued minutia with me like I was a toddler. Told her I would be vacating and received attitude. Day I was moving my belongings out, person working the desk was incredibly rude. She acted annoyed when I asked for a restroom key, and slammed the door in my face after she was done speaking to me. I would not take my stuff here or recommend anyone to go here.

Customer service is not friendly. May come off cheap at first but they bump your rate without a notice, fees for lock, and insurance without an option to provide or opt out during sign up. Fee increase is due to supply and demand but they …

Used to be Rock Creek Storage, but while my kids had their stuff there it became Storage Mart and let me just say customer service could be better now that they've changed names.

I signed up for a rental unit at a rate of $49.99. That price today, just over 2 years later, is now $167.99. There have been 5 price increases in less than 30 months.

The manager was super sweet and patient with me and my girlfriend as we were getting a unit, she showed us examples of what the unit would look like first and let us select whichever unit would be more accessible for us!!
