My storage unit was broken into within a few weeks of renting the unit. I've filed a police report and a claim with the storage unit. I've tried contacting them numerous times to find out the status of my claim through emails and phone calls. I get not response throug and when I call and talk to someone they say they will check into it but never return a call with an update.

There are certain points I specifically look for when I'm searching for outside storage. Price of course is a large factor. But personally after price I look at accessibility, can I get to it after hours and is it secured so no one else can get to it after hours. And how much do I need to involve administration for any extenuating circumstances, is there basically a self-help portal or the means to solve issues myself because administration isn't always going to be available and I wouldn't expect them to be.

Staff has been extremely helpful when I've had any problems, which have been miniscule and my fault. Which is even more exceptional service being no fault of the facility. Have been with streamline for years. Have recommended to friends and family. Actually my son is renting a unit today. Keep up the excellent service, greatly appreciated!

Really easy to use. They kind of have this down to a science. I signed up online and that same day I was able to get into my unit. I have used them twice now for different times when I needed storage and have had seem less excellent experiences both times getting my unit, using it, and ending my use.
