I think the facility is professional and clean. The communication with staff while we coordinated a move across state was easy and friendly. My only complaint is my storage location inside their facility is not very friendly to moving larger object or even maneuvering the dollys

Excellent facility and service! Smells clean and is always cool. Great size bay, elevators, and complimentary carts to move items. Great pricing too! Honestly, the best option in Ankeny, period.
Levi, what an awesome review, thank you! We love hearing that everything from the clean, climate-controlled facility to the loading bay, elevators, and complimentary carts has made your experience a great one.

I went to Green Acres to see if they was any way they had any Penske trucks available, 10 min later I had the truck I needed and was on my way. Devin was sympathetic to my frustration and honestly, he made my day. Got the truck, loaded it, and drove it to wisconsin, no prob.
