In their own words
After working with this company in the past I was expecting excellent service, but when I decided to use them for my personal move I was disappointed. After all said and done the price was nearly $700 more than the quote. In addition my storm door was shattered during the move. I was left cleaning all the broken glass out of our bricks for a few hours that night. I was reimbursed for the door, but only for half of what it cost for me to repair the door and replace the glass myself.
Stay away from Blue Cow Moving & Storage. They backed their moving truck into our house, causing significant structural damage, specifically a severe fracture to the front porch fascia board, mere days before our closing date. While the movers themselves handled the situation quickly and appropriately, we had nothing but trouble from management. Despite the urgency of the situation, management was unresponsive, taking several days to return our calls.
Hired them to load our moving trailer. A trailer equipped with tools to lock things in place to make sure nothing moves during transport.. the guys arrived and seemed experienced so we just stayed out of their way. They finished ahead of time which we thought was a good thing at the time until we arrived at our destination and realized that they rushed through loading the trailer and tons of our stuff was damaged because they did not load it securely or use the equipment provided.
Blue cow moving bait and swing customers. They don't tell you they charge to drive to your house. My house 17min away they charged me 110 more than quote they gave me. This buisness doing it on purpose. I recommend not booking with then. The mover did good job. This manage ment issue.
I was told they were able to accommodate me on a specific date and that I would be contacted on the next business day with my quote. They called me back and were suddenly unavailable on that day. Both people I spoke with seemed generally unsure and unhelpful.

The Blue Cow moving team did a great job. We hired them to move us out of our house, store our belongings overnight and then move it into our new house the next day. All the guys who worked with us were friendly & professional. They continuously ensured everything was as expected. The amount of work they put in for us was so appreciated. We had a team of 4 guys and one truck. They started at 8 am and had everything out of the house by 10:30am. We then had to come back to finish the items in the garage. Our team was very professional and fast. They were fantastic, I can't say enough about our team.
