Do not use this moving company. They are unprofessional. They damage your products and they hung up on me when I try to call them to resolve the damage issue. They treat you like dirt after you have paid them. I have been hung up on by Eric …
Again, my apologies, but I was never unprofessional with you, I exhibited an extraordinary amount of patience in dealing with you. You were very happy with your move as evidenced by the performance report you filled out at the end of your move.
I gave one star to the manager who gave us the wrong estimate!the moving workers did fantastic job and there were nice and professional, but the problem that we paid double the estimated price! We called and gave the manager the exact details about the furniture,how many rooms and what is the kind of furniture we are moving in details and he said it will be a 3 hours job, and we were Ok if it took 4 hours, but they took 7 and a half hours!!!
the threatening gangster demeanor and behavior of your lead mover was irrational, shocking and beyond unacceptable. I have never had an experience like that with a mover. Moving is a very stressful time for your clients. They have signed legal documents whether leases or closing documents; and packed up their lives. With this in mind they understandably have a goal to have everything boxed in preparation for moving. It seems your lead mover has an expectation that the client is hosting them.
From the time they got there there was a conflict as far as the travel time. I was promised and signed a contract for one hour travel time and Pablo insisted it was going to be two hours. Pablo, Drew, and Drew were like bulls in a China shop. An easy chair was ripped, the leg of the Buffet was splintered in half, and substantial damage was made to the corner of a wall in my new building. I didn’t realize they had done the damage to the wall until my landlord contacted me.
We moved a year ago. At first everything went great and they were very responsive on short notice. They sent a nice team of guys, though less than promised, that worked hard and got the job done. The guys damaged some furniture which can happen and assured us Blankenship would take care of it. I contacted Blankenship and they responded that the owner was out for medical issues and would get back to me.
My sister passed away from cancer in February. I had the task of moving all her belongings out of her condo at 1600 s Prairie. I shared with the movers the situation and they offered their condolences. You would think that would stop them …
Horrible experience! The movers didn't want to move us. It was our moving day and thats there job!!! They tried to back out but stayed last minute because a few of our friends showed up and offered to help them. Our friends had to do there …
Really disappointed. From the moment they arrived there were issues. They took 2 hrs to get to a location that was 45 mins away, movers smelled like alcohol, they scratched, scuffed and took CHUNKS out of our brand new home. I’m so upset. …
