DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Basically scammed me.. the quote was half the price of what I got charged.. the day of the move they told me they misquoted me and added another person to the move and took almost 3 hours longer then they said they needed. They were very rude and unprofessional during the move. One person walked out and sat in the truck. They had to send a replacement person which took and hour and a half to get.

I had this moving company move me on 5/23/24. The 2 men that did the job of moving me to a 3rd floor apartment were great. The company itself does not follow up when there is a problem with your stuff missing. Although it wasn’t anything big I called the company 3 times about 3 did pieces of my stuff that was missing and was told that he was working on it. My last call that I made to them I was told it wasn’t listed on my sheet.

I scheduled a move to include packing. Then on the morning of the move, the team had no packing materials. So all that got moved was furniture and all my kitchen and other non-furniture items were left at the old house. Now my wife and I have to pack and move it ourselves. The mattresses got extremely dirty in the move and they did not offer to mattress covers (probably in packing materials which weren’t provided). Overall, this organization really pulled a switch on us.
Hi Chris. Thanks for your feedback and I am sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your move. While we had originally talked about packing your kitchen, It was my understanding through our phone conversations that you had ultimately decided you only wanted us to move furniture.
This company just moved our neighbors and left behind a wake of damage to our street. They took down several very large branches from three properties while pulling in and out of the customers driveway. Not only did they tear down branches but they just left them in the street, alley into a fourth neighbors yard. If this is how they treat our trees than how can they be trusted with your possessions??? From what I witnessed today I would not recommend this company in any Capacity. This in happened in Newark Ohio
Hi Tasha, We apologize about the tree branches, but thanks for bring this matter to our attention. Keep in mind that our moving trucks are 36 feet long and over 13 feet tall so when driving them down a narrow street or alley there is always the potential that we could knock down some tree branches.

We had a really great experience with Blue Men Moving. Caleb reached out quickly for the estimate and was super responsive and straightforward the whole time. On moving day, Antone, AJ, and Khy were awesome—friendly, professional, and very respectful. They wrapped all the furniture carefully, and we added the mattress packaging ($12 each), which was definitely worth it. They finished on time, and the cost was no more than what we were quoted.

We had an amazing experience with Blue Men Moving! I had to coordinate a move for my 100-year-old grandmother from Cincinnati to Columbus while living in Virginia. She has many sentimental and delicate items, so finding the right movers was a top priority. After researching and comparing several local companies, Blue Men stood out—not just for their great pricing, but for their professionalism and flexibility. Even though they’re based in Columbus, they had no problem accommodating a move from Cincinnati.

Seriously one of the BEST experiences I've had moving in a really long time... possibly ever! Caleb was very understanding and patient with me while I didn't have a definite timeline of my move.. and when I had exact dates, he worked hard to make sure my timeline was met. We had two guys come out on Saturday before the move.. LT and another guy (sorry I forgot his name) and they were both super efficient, respectful, and organized.

LT and James..Both were Heaven sent SUPERSTARS. If I can I give them 10 stars I certainly would, but they only have 5 stars, as the highest rating available...what a bummer lol :). They knew what they was doing and what they are talking about! Great communication with their customers. Good strong solid work ethics. Best guys in town in my opinion and I have moved a few times in my life so I am not a rookie. I know good movers from a 100 miles away. These gentlemen work efficient and professional.
