Was overcharged for my move due to COVID. They stored my items in their warehouse while I was in between places but did not tell me anytime I need to access anything I would be charged $800+ for them to find the item and bring it down to the loading dock. I decided to use another moving company to move the things from their warehouse because they were charging 6K more than anyone else.
Warning to people who wanna do business with them, they hold your stuff for ransom until you pay more money. Terrible customer service, do not recommend.
DO NOT USE BLUE MOVING. We used them for a move from CT to CA and simply put every single item we sent through them got damaged. They did the wrapping as they said this would prevent damage but when the items arrived 5 weeks with later every single one (no joke - every single item they touched) having scratches, dents, and a dresser had an entire leg snapped off. For reference I also packed items and sent them through another carrier and of those items exactly 0 got damaged.
I can't comment on the actual move but I contacted them for a quote. I was given a quote and then 6 days later, I contacted them for a follow-up question and was suddenly told that the date is no longer available, but if I still wanted to move that day, the price would be $300 higher. Not once was I given an update that the date was not going to be available soon or that my quote would expire soon. I had also contacted them 3 weeks prior to my move out date, during off-peak season, so this was not last minute.
Blue Moving damaged a lot of our stuff, and delivered it a week later than the absolute latest they said it would arrive, so we were waiting for our stuff for three weeks. They had no idea when it would be delivered until a few days before. I would never use them again.
Dishonest, try to charge you fees that were initially undisclosed and then they hold your stuff for ransom until you pay. Disgusting business practice.

Just used Blue Moving today.. could not be more satisfied with the service! So simple and easy to book, not to mention great pricing. Movers were right on time/early. Super professional and efficient, the whole move took no more than 2 1/2 hours. Lasha and Giorgi were phenomenal and made what usually would be a hectic day so easy and smooth. They were very careful with my belongings and placed all boxes and furniture strategically for me for easy organization. Very happy I chose this company. Highly reccomend!
There's a reason these guys have a 5-star rating on every platform. I originally did a quote on Unpakt comparing a bunch of movers, pricing out a 1BR with about 50 boxes, including professional packing services. Blue Moving was the second cheapest quote, but what stood out was they were the only one with consistently good ratings. Movers charging 50% more had less positive reviews than Blue Moving.
The best moving experience ever, period! We moved from Jersey City to Washington Heights, NY. Mitko came over to give an honest estimate a week before. We got several estimates from different movers, none of them came to see our stuff, their estimates were lower but from the multiple previous moves experience (my husband and I moved about 8 times in the last 8 years) I know that the lower estimates always cost us more in the end when they tell you you got more stuff than they expected.
First off - these guys save us and we called last minute and not prepared at all.. I called Blue Moving 2 days before our cross country move panicked and frazzled getting ready. Mother moved with Blue twice before me- but we were worried about the price.. We checked out 5 different companies for quotes, but the most important part was that when we called in, it was really easy to get intouch with them from the get go.
