They will destroy and steal your property. They will also forge your signature on documents. I hired them back in October 2025 to do a moving from NYC to FL for December 2025. They will forward your information to companies that will sell your insurance for your property (Don't get third party insurance, since they can void it for anything, if you pack the items yourself, if you don't have pictures on how it look before pickup or receipts that you purchase the items, if you don't have make or model number of the…
Francisco, thank you for taking the time to share this. We take claims like this very seriously. What you’ve described does not reflect our standards or the way our teams are trained to operate.
Honestly it feels like this company cares more about their social presence and work with influencers than customers who pay for their service. I chose to use this company over another because of the account management aspect to get updates since my partner and I were moving across the country from CA to NY. It was $1,000 more than another moving company (not a broker) but I said getting updates and the assurance was worth it. Unfortunately that was not the case.

In their own words
I hired this moving company for my move on Sunday, and they exceeded every expectation. From the start, Mou was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire process easy to coordinate. The crew arrived on time and was professional, efficient, and very careful with all of my belongings. They wrapped and protected everything, handled heavy furniture with no problem, and were respectful of both my old and new home.
Thank you so much, Juan! We’re thrilled to hear that our team made your move smooth, professional, and worry-free. It’s wonderful that everything was handled with care and that the process was easy to coordinate. Your feedback means a lot to us! -Ross S., Owner
Roadway Moving is an absolute GEM in the world of moving services, especially in NYC. From start to finish, their professionalism, efficiency, and care always truly shines through. I’ve now done 4 moves with Roadway. Each time, the experience is an absolute breeze. The team handles each piece of my furniture with such meticulous care, ensuring that everything was securely wrapped and protected. I used their storage facilities while I was subletting in the city until I signed a new lease.
Thank you so much for your glowing review, Grace! We're thrilled to hear that you've had such positive experiences with Roadway Moving during all four of your moves, especially in the bustling city of NYC.
Can I give a million stars? THANK YOU ROADWAY MOVING- FOR THE BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD IN OUR ENTIRE LIVES! This was our first move across country and it’s the best move that we’ve ever done! Andres and D (our movers) we’re PUNCTUAL- had excellent communication throughout the entire process, packed our things with so much care, was so respectful of our floors- they layed down floor protector and wore booties, helped us pack/unpack, took our big furniture apart and put it back together…
Wow, thank you so much for your incredible review! We're honored to have provided you with the best moving experience of your lives. From punctuality and excellent communication to careful packing and respectful treatment of your floors, Andres and D went above and beyond.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Exceptional Moving & Storage Experience with Roadway Moving This is our second time using Roadway Moving, and once again, they exceeded every expectation—but this move was even more complex as we were coordinating a full move into storage, and they handled it flawlessly. From the very first phone call with my move specialist, I felt I was in professional hands. We even did a FaceTime walkthrough to carefully review what would go into storage and what needed to be discarded.
Thank you, Sara, for the wonderful review and for choosing Roadway again. We’re glad our team made your full move into storage feel organized, carefully planned, and well supported from the first call through moving day.
