THIS COMPANY HAS ANOTHER COMPANY JOINED TO THEIR SAME CALL CENTER because when I first called the guy spoke English and stated they didn’t work with HRA which is ok so I hung up and called the next company under them on Google and Called to get a price quote and asked if they worked with HRA and Dino said unfortunately they do which confused me so I asked if they did or not work with HRA because the word unfortunately confused me and then he claimed they did but he didn’t like to but was willing to get my…

Would highly recommend this company toy family and friends. The quote was given promptly and it was extremely reasonable price compared to other quotes I had received from movers in Manhattan. The men that helped were extremely professional, fast and efficient! My second time using movers, but first time using this company and would use them again. The guys even offered to help with anything else before heading out. Nothing was ruined, and they wrapped all the furniture that could possibly get. Highly recommend.
From the moment I booked to the final box being placed, this was hands down the most incredible moving experience I've ever had. Edixon and Brayan showed up early, fully prepared, and with a level of professionalism and positivity that immediately put me at ease They handled everything with so much care. They were both fast and meticulous. Edixon and Brayan were friendly and respectful who made a stressful day feel easy.
Dear Thalia, thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review! We’re truly happy to hear that your experience was smooth from the moment you booked until the final box was placed.
Perfect coordinated all of my move from NYC to Philadelphia from collection, furniture disassembly, storage for 2 months, delivery and furniture reassembly. My whole experience was very positive. Arrita was an incredible agent as she accommodated my many unique conditions, was patient and kind throughout the process and helped me find the best rates. Mike and his packing team were punctual, communicative, efficient, and diligent in their work. They worked very fast and with care.
We were thoroughly pleased with Perfect Moving's performance in our move-out from Newton, Massachusetts to temporary storage in Perfect's Bronx facility and then to our new apartment quarters in the Bronx, New York. The move was, in a word, flawless. Adriana documented the move preparations with accuracy and understanding of our requirements, and the move team arrived at our house fully prepared for what was needed.
