Bekins can not be rated given based on a 5 star scale. 1 star is not a justifiable rating to provide this company.They were late for pick up. (Local bekins had correct day. But the system showed different). My stuff was in two shipments and I wasn't aware of this. (Loaded originally one truck). No one gave me a heads up half my shipment went to Tucson Az. July 17th was the drop off date. No show. July 18th- the tuck had someone else's items with MY name on it.

If I could put 0 stars i would. They were picked via random due to a military contract. When the move was scheduled we agreed upon a friday despite me requesting a weekend. I was told "we dont schedule moves on weekends". Anyway thursday rolls around and I call them to get a more appropriate timeline of the move, they tell me 12-2. So friday rolls around I get a call at 2:15 saying it would be another 2-4 hours and asking if it would be possible to move tomorrow.

I would not recommend this company. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The employees were unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the process. To make matters worse, nearly every box was mislabeled, with random items packed together, making unpacking incredibly frustrating. We are also missing TV power cords and hardware from almost everything they disassembled, which has made putting our belongings back together difficult. The lack of care and organization was unacceptable.

Don't ever HIRE BEKINS at all. They send out wrong men to pack your hm up, it's a terrible business to deal with when we were moving from Arizona to make a move out of state! It's awful, dont trust them what they say, they lie, they dont do a good job to moving you out of your hm they way over charge you, after you sign the paperwork to have them pack your hm.dont hire or trust them, we had the worst experience ever with them! Dont take a chance!

Stay away from this Bekins in Tucson AZ as I used them for an Interstate move and I had two crates that went missing, never made the original delivery. Only after I contacted the CEO of Bekins did they finally make an attempt to find my two crates, which they did and after 4 weeks they finally arrived. Majority of communication was via email unless I called them myself. Even the GM (Eric) could not pick up the phone and call me to apologize about the missing crates, poor customer service.

I will start my review now and add more meat to it as items continue to disappoint. My wife and I have relocated 6 times with a variety of moving companies. This experience is by far the worst we have ever experienced. Here are the critical items I wanted to get out to save others from experiencing this same agony. -They underquoted - simply shot way low on the weight and promised way more savings if we packed all the "soft goods" ourselves, which we did.

I had high expectations for this company and I was mostly disappointed. Diana Romero, the sales rep came to my home and I explained the scope of the move, two homes combining into one, all within a 3 mile radius. She seemed very nice and professional. I toured her through both homes and she entered all info on her laptop. I got multiple bids and decided to go with Bekins due to Diana's assurance that she would take care of me. Not the case! The moving team was ill prepared for the move.

Avoid this company! Bekins was hired to pack my apartment and move my household goods from Tucson, AZ to Albuquerque, NM. The movers arrived late on packing day, didn't have enough required supplies (tape or mattress boxes). They assured me my items would be crated the very next morning at their storage facility and stored with care until another company could move my items to Albuquerque.
