Run away! These people are THIEVES and CROOKS! My employer contracted Citizens to do our move from Tucson to Phoenix. Ernie and his workers took six hours to load our 3-bedroom house, and they took their truck on their lunch break. When they delivered the items in Phoenix two days later, they were sloppy and careless.
this company left my chairs on the street, surveyed the house and later overcharged me, they are withholding my furniture, threatening to auction
Very disappointed with Coleman. The loaders complained to the driver about not being tipped and I was told by the coordinator not to, then they didn’t mark everything and lastly lost 3 tables. I filed a claim and was denied because I was told I checked everything off. I did check the items they marked but they also had items not marked and with a household of furniture, you really don’t know if you have everything until you put away. Also, we had to take some things as they didn’t have room in the semi.
I moved in January they lost 80 tags they have any attitude tags and and damaged several pieces of furniture and all I get is are run around from their insurance department as of right now we are filing with the Arizona Attorney General the FBI the Illinois department of moving as well as other agencies we will keep you updated
These people stole both brand new bicycles they “packed” for shipment. Also several things were broken. Also they agreed to take CC as payment upon shipment arrival only to find out they do not have anyone in the office on the weekends so we were forced to pay early. This company along with Allied are both scammers.

Our interstate move with Coleman/Allied Moving was generally a good one. Our move coordinator, Avae Sardin, was excellent to work with; professional, friendly and always prompt with replies to our questions. The driver of the moving van, Jacob Reyes was also excellent. He was professional and had the loading and unloading processes very well organized and he hired very good crew. Jacob and Avae kept us informed as to the status for delivery and it was on time.

Eric Edmonds and his crew do an outstanding job his commitment and integrity are the most great value he has. The delivery was a time record, he drove just 3 day from Jax, FL to San Diego CA. Everything here are come in excellent condition. Hi is a SUPERDRIVER and his customer service in impeccable. Mr Edmonds is a truly professional in his job, taking the time to put everything together and where I like no questions. For sure I will like him in 3 years for my next PCS!

Eric Edmonds and crew just moved me into my new house and I couldn’t be happier with their performance. Eric worked with us to continuously from pick up to drop off to prevent our stuff from having to go to storage, which we really appreciated. They moved us in quickly and with no damage to property. Of the many moves I have done this one has been the smoothest with the least damage incurred to my stuff.

4.5 stars. With the exception of the packers that came the Friday before the movers came on Monday, the service was really wonderful, and the price was very reasonable. The sales person, John Belton, to the moving coordinator, Avae Sardin, to the driver that picked up AND drove from Tucson AZ to Rolla MO, Eric, and Eric's 2 teams that helped pack it all up then the 2nd team that unpacked and rebuilt the furniture(!), were all exceptional. Everything was handled with care, a sense of humor, and professionalism.
