I've never used this service just reviewing their public persona. Came around the corner and found them blocking the road even though they are not a public utility and do not have proper signage up indicating the road is not usable. Customers probably appreciate having these company be willing to block the road to help empty their house. At this point, the public persona 'is we don't care and go ahead and bad word off'.
Hello Ben, We absolutely do care and apologize for any inconvenience or unintended bad persona. We were doing a quick pick up and had talked with the clients, neighbors and garbage crew and were told this would be best as it was a side gravel street rearely used and thats what they usually do.
Hired Bold Move moving company to move my 2300 sqft house to a 2300 sqft house. All I found was great reviews and Sam seemed to know his business. Was very surprised when I saw 6 movers come to the door. My bad, I should have questioned why at this point. Their billing indicated 2 movers and 1 truck with a possible 3rd person for my size of move. Maybe 4 movers but 6, they couldn't stay out of each other's way. Which I also was billed for 6 when I should have been billed for 3, maybe 4.

I found Bold Move through a search on Google maps, I was looking for a small crew and local or in-between my moving route. Bold Move came up and I liked what I saw as far as reviews, self marketing and the bit of background on the owner. I appreciated the small company, being a small business myself and we wanted to support. Sam and his crew were professional, courteous, attentive, with a good attitude and friendly disposition. They were careful with our belongings and fast. They arrived on time.
Sam and his team are rockstars. Professional process, flexible with our changing dates and needs, and overall just extremely well done and efficient move. Everyone that was over was respectful as if they were family packing and moving our items. He even came back and followed up to pick up boxes as we were local in the area, what a team! For the quality of work, responsiveness, attentiveness, and professionalism, the great price, and overall value was priceless.

This was my second time moving with a moving company, and if I had Bold Move as my first experience, I would have had a superb standard and far less anxiety about the overall move. I only moved a few miles away but was in that overwhelmed pre-moving panic. I had such reassuring communication with Sam about my move, he was sincere, calm, understanding and flexible helping me navigate through preparing for moving day, and what I really appreciated was being included and explained his plan and approach for packing…
We recently worked with Bold Move and I cannot recommend them enough. Sam reached out to me to discuss the details of the move prior to booking. There was no deposit to schedule a date and no cancellation penalties, which was really nice assurance. Our move went as scheduled. The team we had was led by Alex and he was amazing! Communication was great from the beginning. He got to our house as scheduled and did a walkthrough to go over what is being moved and where.
