Not professional movers - do not know how to wrap furniture, several peaces of furniture were damaged, glass items were broken. Expect the bill be much higher than what was discussed initially. The owner is a crook. He would not answer the phone to discuss questionable charges that magically appeared after the move was complete. The worst moving company I have ever used. I would never use them again and would never recommend it to anyone else.
I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have a positive experience with our company. It has not been brought to our attention. I'd recommend you call us ASAP and ask to speak to Adam to clarify any misunderstandings and ensure that you are ultimately satisfied with our company.
To begin with, there was one thing I appreciated: I spoke with Dana in the office and she fit us in very last minute and was flexible with the timing. The two men who did the actually moving were so terrible both at their job and in regard to professionalism that I struggle to find adequate words. The pick up happened at approximately 1:30. The man on the pick up end said that they left his place to head to mine - a half hour drive according to google maps - by 2pm.

The company broke my dresser during the move and refuse to reimburse me. I didn't take extra insurance, only the required standard insurance from them, which should pay $1 per pound of the item weight for a damaged item. The crew put the dresser in the truck sideways, the dresser is long, and apparently gave it and broke. Their quotes are unreliable, for the second leg of the move, they could only tell me how much AFTER it was done. Another $1,3000!!!! Plus a broken dresser!!!!
THE WORST MOVERS!!!!!!!!!!....sound nice and professional over the phone, but my experience was the worst!!! They rushed me and threw out my photos from years ago, not replaceable. They delivered my boxes, not doing a check list, and rushed me, not friendly...the movers were so mean, not professional at all! Moving is stressful and they were not friendly at all the day of my move to Florida. Do label all your boxes, have the check list and hope you find a better moving company!

the movers were good and very professional. however, working with admin./management was very challenging - we went with Booth because it was supposed to be a premium experience but it was 3x more expensive than other quotes we received, and at the end of the day, was not worth it. just asking for simple answers from management contacts post-move was overly challenging/difficult.

Booth movers moved me from my home , put belongings in storage then moved me into my new home. Fair price, total explanation of move into storage and went over belongings after final move. There was a small glitch but the crew and office staff are working on a solution.

I am so impressed with Booth Movers. I moved my mom from one independent living place to another and they were so efficient, courteous, professional, helpful and just plain nice! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My mom thought they were a little more money than she wanted to spend but my feeling was that their estimate was very thorough and their experience and expertise spoke for themselves. Sometimes you have to go with the better company. You get what you pay for and we certainly did.

I had a wonderful experience with Booth Movers! From the moment I spoke with Dana, I knew l was in good hands. I needed to have a very large kitchen island picked up at a Williams Sonoma store and delivered to my home in Ridgewood. Booth Movers arranged everything appropriately and beautifully . This was a 442 pound piece of furniture and it was no easy task! Two delightful and very strong young men arrived at the store before opening hours at 8 AM.
