Nightmare Move – Do Not Recommend Two-bedroom condo. 9 hours. Over $2,000. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I hired Box Truck Moving expecting professionalism and efficiency. Instead, the company failed in punctuality, organization, communication, and basic moving skills. Three movers took nine hours to move a two-bedroom condo, despite an estimate of four hours. The crew worked extremely slowly and appeared poorly coordinated.
I scheduled a move back in March Paid my deposit - couple days before moving broke my leg had to cancel the move. For a month I have been calling, emailing, texting them to just reschedule my move refusing to respond and return my deposit.

From the moment I called for the initial quote, Caleb came right out that same day and was honest and exceeded my expectation. The easy of their communication was exceptional, they never minded that I just texted, as I travel for work, and it is hard to pin down times to call. From the initial inquiry to the final delivery, the team at Box Truck Moving kept me informed every step of the way. The movers were true professionals.

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Caleb and Box Truck Moving for your next move. It’s often difficult to choose movers as there are many and their quality could be variable. Due to medical training, we had done several interstate moves with different movers, and although we rarely post reviews in general, we thought it would be extremely helpful to leave an honest review and let everyone know of Caleb and his great moving company, Box Truck Moving.
By far the most responsive and professional moving company I’ve dealt with in a long time, most moving companies show up late or are just very careless. I called caleb on the phone with a very quick emergency move due to my last movers cancelling right before, within an hour caleb and his crew were at my house packing and wrapping up furniture with ease. They were very quick and meticulous with my things making sure nothing touched or scratched anything up.
