There's a lack of transparency and no one from the legal department to provide guidance when a product is seized by customs. I've been waiting for over a year (the deadline was 6 months) and the company hasn't given me any updates. It's impossible to know if the product was returned and the company stole it from me, or if customs stole it. I don't recommend them.
We feel this must not be related to our services. Very confused we do not even have you registered into our contacts.
I’ve spent the Last two days trying to get in touch with their office due to the fact that they have left their box in our driveway for entire week. The guy who is using the box had told him to pick it up Monday but it appears that they are not putting the customers first. And I’ve left this for us to deal with.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our services. We understand how frustrating it can be to have a box left in your driveway for an extended period, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this has caused.

Highly Recommend! Called with short notice hoping for a box. Had one in front of my house the next day. Drivers on time, very quick to set up exactly as I asked. Same great response when I needed it moved and final pickup! Could not have been better. Definitely the LEAST STRESSFUL part of my move!

Highly recommend Box2U. Easy delivery and pickup services, thoughtful of property and placement. Communication was excellent.
We used their storage containers to store most of our home for a repair project. Their prices can’t be beat. They were prompt to respond and delivery & pickup was seamless. The best part of using these is that their containers are actually wind and waterproof. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened it back up after 3 months and there wasn’t a spec of dirt. That can’t be said about PODS and other similar containers.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this company. They were able to deliver a storage pod to me very quickly on short notice, and the price to store my stuff was great. The guys I interacted with (Dakota and Jerry) are really great people too. I highly recommend them!
