I called on Monday to make an appointment to come look at couches on the following Thursday because I do not live in missoula. I made my appointment for 1:00 I get a text day of at 11:55 asking if I want to come early I text back saying we hit some construction so we are little behind I get a text back saying he now has family in town and needs to leave at 1:00 but that’s what time my appointment is for then he tells me ok 1:00 still works but he will need to leave at 1:30 I’m sorry but 30 minutes is not enough…

We bought a mattress. The next day we set up our bed (ordered from a different company) and they sent us a California king bedset instead of a regular king bed. Asked to return the mattress (still in the plastic) and Brent denied it. Deleted his post and blocked me from his Facebook. We opened the package and the mattress is coming apart at the seam. With no way to contact him we are stuck with a garbage mattress. I would not recommend. The service is terrible.

I went to Brent to buy a sofa. He i immediately started the sales pitch. I decided not to purchase at that time. Just when I left texted me with a price drop. Then said I would have to pay with a check rather than a card because the card company charges him 3%.. Then when I was ready to purchase he required cash. I did not have a good experience. Brent changed his payment policy multiple times. He dropped his prices. He brought his price back up. I would not recommend box drop Missoula. Be safe when you shop here..

I bought a mattress from this store less than a year ago and was told that it would be great for me. I have only used it for about 6 months and it has gone to hell. I have called numerous times and they have not responded. I had to go to another store to get a new one. I will never recommend this business to anyone

I bough a recliner here and honestly the recliner is great but what really makes the experience is the customer service provided by Beth and Brent. Truly kind, flexible, adaptable people. I have MS and my mobility has changed drastically over the last two years and I have been dreading purchasing furniture but this made my entire experience so positive and I will be a repeat customer for a future upgrade. Easy to make an appointment. Brent was super helpful measuring, answering questions, but also leaving you alone to try out couches and take your time choosing. Purchased a fantastic couch on site but going back tomorrow to decide on a mattress. Would recommend!
