In their own words
Do not consider this moving company we hired them to assist with loading our truck. To start with they were 30 minutes late. Instead of starting with heavy things and furniture for the front of the truck they put fragile boxes that were light and heavy garage boxes in top of them in the front. We told them to put the mattresses and box springs together they did not do that and we finally just told them to leave. When we arrived we found broken furniture and smashed fragile boxes.
Linda, we do not have a record of you in our database, sometimes people confuse us with other moving companies in the area.
I called regarding some items and they never Returned my phone call. My Painting was scuffed against a bright pink table and the painting is clearly black & white.
We never received a phone call from you. I would appreciate a phone call about the damage your claiming we caused. [phone removed] We do get confused with other moving companies in town as well it may not even have been us.

I have used moving companies several times, and Montana Movers is the best experience that I've had, hands down. Not only did they offer the best price, they clearly thought through how to move objects, were reliable and incredibly responsive to any issues, and were patient and professional. It was well coordinated and they obviously care about what they are doing. I will be using them again if I ever move. Highly recommend!!
