In helping a friend move into town, I stopped by to get a quote and view typical security measures. I was 3rd in line so I sat on couch. Overheard 1st customer ask why his several voicemails weren't returned. Female employee behind desk was dismissive and he walked off even more frustrated. 2nd customer whom same employee acknowledged paid a yr in advance was rudely reprimanded for not being satisfied for storage credit after inquiring about effectiveness of security.
This is a fantastic place to broken into and robbed, but on the plus side if your looking for horrific customer this a great place for you! Thanks for the state of the art space with reliable security. This place is a joke
Worst place to rent from they listen to others about you and if there is any neg info from ur past they eat it up lock u out of the storage unit and there really isn't any handicap options and to try and get ur money back it's like pulling blood from a turnip

Top notch experience with Copperstone. Gem and the other staff are great and went above and beyond with their extra services. We stored our F150 there for a while and they graciously dropped it off and picked it up from the airport during some travel. The storage units are clean and the access is great. There are a lot of people coming and going so it always feels safe.
