In their own words
A struggle from start to finish. Office staff subpar. Movers nice, but slow - took 15 minutes just to get the truck in position. A lot of minor damage, nothing to file a claim on just enough to make me never use again.
Impressed with estimate and quoting process. Pack up seemed to work however upon unpacking not a lot of common sense - let’s pack a safe on top of a record player in a box with no protection as an example. Delivery/move in - unprofessional …
My wife and I have moved 14 times over 25 years having hired numerous local and interstate moving companies. This summer, we moved from Chicago to Southern California and used Boyer-Rosene/Bekins for a second time. We hired them to fully pack and move our belongings. We also paid approx. $1,300 for insurance coverage with $0 deductible to protect against total catastrophe. We have never before made an insurance claim against a moving company. We have lost items along the way, but they were small.
We are sorry to hear about your damage but as explained, if an item is not working properly, it would not constitute a claim for actual physical damage. In the absence of any external damage, we have no evidence that the internal mechanical issue claimed is transit related.
Paid for packing and full insurance...they destroyed most of my families shoes, clothes, and several other items. Didn't send an adjuster til over a month later...offered a portion of the value as a settlement. I will now have to sue them. Horrible customer service....no one takes any responsibility. Pics are a sampling of their "INSURED PACKING." Chicago friends ...Boyer-Rosene in Arlington Heights is the most unethical agent in the moving business.
This company is the absolute worst Moving company in the state of Illinois, or perhaps the nation. Only a fool would trust them with their personal and treasured belongings. They lost many items in transit and refused to make good on it. They will take your money, and your belongings, and they Will turn what should be a satisfying experience into an experience from hell. Buyer be aware. This is not a good company to work with.
Stay away from this company. Had A nightmarish experience with these people. Had four drivers come out to move me they all moved very slow and complained about how difficult of a move it was after giving them lunch they stopped complaining …
This is hands down the WORST company I have ever worked with. Where do I even start? 1) Communication was appallingly bad. In an age of cell phones, there is absolutely no reason a company representative should ever tell a customer that …

In their own words
Fabulous service—professional, careful, and quick. Wade and his crew are the best!
Anna was our primary contact and we couldn’t be more impressed with her communication. She was so easy to work and was always a step ahead in the process. Mike and Anthony were fabulous! They made our move seamless and stress free! They packed us up in Chicago and unpacked us in Oklahoma.
Everyone was super helpful from the quote process to the move. All questions and concerns were promptly addressed in fact when an item had been left on the truck they worked quickly to get it delivered to me
Mike Victory and his some Anthony are phenomenal!! Truly treat you as family with the move. Anna is a gem when it comes to coordinating and ensuring everything is all set on both ends! Couldn’t ask for a better crew!! This is my 9th move and 5th time having the Victory Dream team and Anna ensuring everyone goes 100% as planned!!
