Scheduled my move, great communication. We encountered an unexpected snafu, and they totally worked with me. I am so thankful for the excellent customer service and professionalism of the movers and staff. Thank you for taking cate of me and my belongings during this crazy time. Lake County movers is the worst moving companies I have ever worked with. They held our property for over 10 day without delivering it. Once they gave me a day and time of delivery they were over two hours late and gave me no notice or …
Mr. Wendt: I'm sorry about the confusion of delivery times. You were given a time window of noon to 2pm and our crew arrived at 2:15. Your shipment was a government move, and did not arrive at our warehouse via freight until late July which is our busiest time of the year.
took advantage charged 30% more than quote said they had two extra people packing in the morning they did not. I called to speak to owner and discuss but he wont call back. that just shows the company they are. Stay away
Unfortunately, there were more boxes needed on the day of the move so two extra men were sent to help with the packing portion. The refund that we sent correctly reflects the actual time and material needed to complete your Mom's move. We apologize for the confusion.
Look at your paperwork carefully. They will write down damage on things that have none to screw the customer when they do damage it. Broke our daughters play house and dented my refridgerator all down the front. Took our couch apart..... …

Absolute crooks. $150.00 an hour for 2 people for a 3 hour minimum in a heavy military area. What a way to completely screw over the Sailors who barely make enough money to live in Chicago much less having to pay for your exorbitant prices.

Hi Peggy, We're sorry that you were disappointed in our service. We did our best to keep your belongings on our trucks as long as possible after hearing your closing was postponed the day before your move in.
$350 to move a 500lb. gun safe 12 miles (25 minutes max) off a loading dock and up three single steps right into the room it is going. Way too expensive, don't waste your time waiting getting a quote from these guys.

Joe, hasiem, matt,Jackson, Orlando, and pedro was the team that assisted us today. From start to finish, this moving company exceeded every expectation. They handled an especially challenging situation where our shipment arrived from an Italian moving company with many of the boxes mislabeled, but they stayed patient, organized, and professional the entire time. They took exceptional care of all of our furniture, making sure everything was protected and placed with attention to detail.

They were absolutely amazing and completely made the move stress free. They ensured the home was protected from the in and out during the harsh winter weather and were so thoughtful and considerate. Orlando, Jeremy, Matt B, and Jackson went above and beyond. Not a single item was damaged, not a single screw missing. They were so friendly, knowledgable, and thoughtful. Not only did the company provide moving boxes, they also scheduled a time of my choosing, when I was ready for them to also then remove the boxes.
