This place is an absolute joke. If you’re someone who likes to spend your money with people who treat you well and accommodate you for any mistakes on their end with short or damaged materials then this isn’t the place. They have terrible customer service. Even the supervisor got on the phone and was very rude and unprofessional. Do not spend your money here if you want your things to be accommodated for if damaged.
Sorry you had an issue with your order although we spent the last 15 years trying our best to make sure all customers are happy with their orders some things are out of our hands, if you would like to try to come up with a solution we would try our best to help you out,
I just purchased a living room set. I ordered it from the catalog they have. The measures are not correct. I called them and they told me a bunch of stupid stuff that doesn't make sense. They said they're not responsible for the measures because the measures arent the ones in the catalog. The living room set is tiny. I purchased the living room. June 18th and a week later I'm doing a claim because the chair is damaged and falling apart. Be cautious when you buy something from them.
Was a great beginning, then the delivery came, and the queen bed frame was the wrong color and style. I was in this store several times matching color schemes to my new paint. Checking sizes because I did see the sign no returns or exchanges.however I did not order the wrong one sales lady did. Then they would only exchange if I paid set up and delivery again not my fault the wrong one was ordered . I just purchased a 3 bedroom. House all rooms were getting new furnishings but not from your store anymore. Debbi
I will never do business with this company again. The furniture is cheap and the warranty on paper is a lie. They gave me a damaged mattress, they put the mattress cover on the mattresses. I'm moving took the cover off and the mattress under the bottom is damaged. Not due to any negligence on my part. Never again...

Purchased a substantial amount of furniture from the store. Paid for delivery from the store. Only half of my furniture was delivered. I had to take time out my busy day to pick up furniture that I paid delivery for. Manager rudely told me …
Dont shop here its no stars but wont let me do that the couch i ordered was not the couch delivered and it was damaged they would not exchange it!!
