I have used this moving company three times previously without issue, which is why this experience was disappointing and concerning. During my most recent move on May 25th from South Loop to Printer’s Row, communication and professionalism were not consistent with my prior experiences. I sent a text around 7:30 AM requesting an ETA and did not receive a response prior to the movers arriving. The moving clock began before my arrival to the storage unit.

We moved our first and second floor out a couple of months ago. The company had confirmed that we could reserve the same crew to move back in. Although after confirming they would send the same people, they did not. However, Roman and Viktor did a great job!
