I hired them to move some items around my home. I told the person upon scheduling that among many other items to move, I had two heavy dressers that needed to go from the first floor to the second floor. I asked if this was something they could handle. I was assured that they absolutely could and was told that these are professional movers who are licensed, insured and do this every day.

If I could put less than one star I would, but the 1 star that's there is for the crew that actually did the moving otherwise, I had a 10 AM appointment. I got a phone call before 10 AM saying. We we need to push back your move. I said, OK, what time I was told 1:30 PM I said that was fine, I could work with that 1:30 PM came and went I made phone calls sent text messages. No replies until approximately two thirty at two thirty I was told the guy should be there in about an hour.

First I was told they would come home for an in person consultation which they changed to a virtual consult last minute. The task was to assemble a very heavy table on its legs. No moving required. But they imposed a travel fee of $259 to get from greyslake to libertyville. No thank you. Service lacks professionalism. The response below quotes a number I am asked to call which is the exact same number I spoke with earlier today. So not sure this is a resolution in any regard.

DO NOT use this moving company. They cancelled on us, on our moving date, an hour past their scheduled time. Our moving day/time had been scheduled for weeks. They did not communicate anything with us until WE reached out to inquire. They have cost us immense stress, time, and now money. I would use ANY OTHER moving company besides these guys. UNRELIABLE and ZERO customer service.
