BR Moving

Ripped furniture, 2 broken lamp, "stuck in traffic for an hour", missing parts to lamp, brought smaller truck then added, expensive, didn't wear masks, dented and scraped walls, owner rude, and it took 30 emails to get reimbursed 100 dollars which did not cover cost of one of the lamp. Claimed to have sent reimbursement check and two months later it never arrived.

Note: this review reflects service received in 2017. - Nice guys in general, Sam was pleasant to deal with and the movers worked diligently. Cons: - Notable damage to a lot of our belongings. Damaged items include: cat tree, sofa, drawers, TV, artwork, and a hole in my wall. When this was brought up, they said none of it was covered by contract because they were plastic parts.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I give them no stars however I was unable to submit this without selecting a star. If they damage any of your valuables they are not covered. They have loop holes in the contracts that they are only responsible for .60 cents per pound. That will never be enough to replace what they damaged. I used this company in May. They broke my 75 inch television that I purchased 5 years ago. I paid $2,000.00 dollars for this television 5 years ago.

Mover beware! Notice that most all of the positive photos on this yelp page are from the business itself and all the negative photos are from customers. Do not waste your money. Find anyone else to help you. Facts: We hired them for a full service pack and move on June 1. They agreed to start at 8am. They wrote down the wrong time, didn’t arrive until after 9am and didn’t start until 9:30am. Because they started late, they finished late, and the storage company we had secured closed.

READ THE REVIEWS before you decide to go with this company - there are many reports of stolen items, damaged furniture and horrible customer service if anything goes wrong including offensively low compensation offers. They are careless, unprofessional and my day of movers even told me our move should have been a 4-5 person job but they were trying to cut costs. They also sent a detailed covid protocol prior to the move claiming their movers would be wearing masks and gloves - none of that happened.

Please do not use this company!!!!!! My fiancé and I used BR moving in November of 2017. Unfortunately I was unable to there the day of the move and they took complete advantage of her and her mother. It was vey easy and fast to schedule with this company which was the only pleasant part of the move, the rest was a complete disaster and continues to be to this day. We contacted the company with 2 hours of the move being completed.

Would not recommend BR Moving to anyone. Do NOT Use this company. I wish I would had read the reviews before booking this nightmare company. On August 5, 2018 they sent 3 guys to my unit but only one was actually work and maintain professionalism (his name was Shareef; shareef if you see this start your own company leave BR).

Recently had BR Movers do a pack and move. They had worked for us once before and were fine. Not this time. It was the worst move we have ever experienced. The packing was terrible- items just thrown in boxes, crushed, boxes mislabeled or not labeled at all, or left behind. A lot of boxes were moved into our on-site storage locker and without labeling, we don't know what we have or do not have without unpacking all of them.. Packing and delivery were unbelievably slow.
