Welll what can i say about ever safe number one they do move in a fast pace so if your like me an have medical issues like fibro and being a cancer survivor you know we dont move that quickly their compassion for my disability was non existentexcept for one gentleman who took the time to apologize for his co worker who bump into me so hard my knee hit the wall..
This is a review that’s a bit difficult to respond to. It looks like Milly (our customer) just updated her review that she left us 2 years ago. It has changed slightly since she left her initial review that she left 2 years ago.
Did not take feedback well. When i pointed out a major issue the man became defensive and agitated. He also tried to tell me that money taken off for being under the time quoted was actually a discount. I'm not stupid. He also aggressively grabbed the money off the table before I was done counting and began counting himself. Let me repeat he grabbed the money off of the table. Very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable in my new home. Fragile masculinity at its finest folks.
The two guys were very friendly and nice guys but took them 6 hours to move my one bedroom apartment (distance between apartments 7.5 miles). They wrapped all my furniture and were careful from what I could tell. However, my TV screen was damaged in the move. I never turned on the TV for several weeks after the move (I had to leave town for a family emergency and had no cable/internet services with the Verizon strike) and now there is a large area in the picture that's lighter than the rest; as if someone had put…
This is the first I have heard of any issues on this move. We followup on every move with a customer satisfaction email and she never responded with any concerns. Since seeing this review we have called and emailed with no response from her.

I used EverSafe for 2 moves. I came to them again because I was completely satisfied with the first move. For this move, Alex and Rolando showed up right on time, explained the process and paperwork so any questions could be addressed before the work began. I was moving in a high-rise, and an elevator was down, which meant they had to share the freight elevator rather than it being 100% dedicated as originally planned.
Best movers I have ever used - twice now. The experience was great from the beginning with a well-designed and informative website. The office is very responsive and answered all my questions. The estimate was spot-on, with my moves finishing 6 and 30 minutes under estimate even with multiple stops and an intercity move. The movers were very efficient and polite, and they wrapped all furniture in blankets which other movers don’t bother with.
Joe and Drew were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. We started with a walk-through to confirm all the items then they got to work carefully wrapping everything to protect it during the move. They also removed hardware and shelves from my furniture and kept them safely stored for transport. At one point, it honestly sounded like a "wrap battle." They were so in sync, wrapping items in separate rooms simultaneously.
EverSafe Moving Co was professional and efficient from the first contact I made with them. They responded to my quote request quickly and they answered all my questions with respect and attention. Their excellent reviews and competitive cost were factors in choosing EverSafe for my local move. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 was because they never contacted me according to this policy in their quote: "Confirmation of your move: We will call you the business day before your move to confirm everything…
