I hired these movers because they were recommended. The actual movers were awesome but the administration was terrible. We were over charged and when I tried to talk to them I got a very rude women who wouldn’t listen. I would never recommend them
A year ago I used these guys to move. A year later I still cant find a specific box. I have opened every box that was put into my house. 1 is missing. I didnt really think too much about it at first. I figured it would turn up. But it …
Used them twice. First time was amazing, second time was the opposite. First time the estimate was accurate and the crew that moved everything did it with knowledge and assembled furniture well. Used them again thinking I would get the same experience but boy was I wrong. The estimate was off by more than $400 after having an estimator come out and inspect all the items that needed to be moved. The crew that I got second time was the opposite of the first.
The workers were great, super friendly did a nice job however from the moment they arrived they were shorthanded with 3 guys which led to the amount we were expecting going 50% over our quote. What makes it worse, we had been moving for 3 weeks this crew only had a handful of large furniture items to move no boxes. One 26 foot truck not even full cost equal to two 26 foot trucks in our previous move. For the number of items moved the quote was well off and we overpaid significantly.
Crew showed up timely and were very professional. The truck was packed tightly and upon arrival, I discovered something heavy crushed a lightweight table turning it into garbage. I called the company to get restitution and was told they are not liable despite the fact that they packed the truck and secured everything prior to me driving it. Basically I was brushed off saying too bad for you. I would not recommend the company due to poor customer service.
I have had one of your trucks tailgating me for the last 90 minutes on I 88 headed back to Chicago From the Quad cities. Your driver is weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating people if he thinks they’re not going fast enough for him. If this is indicative of the way operations are done in this company I really wouldn’t want to employ your services if there is such a blatant disregard for people safety

We hired Breda for a straightforward local move and the bill came in 45% higher than their estimate. CEO/Founder was unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend!

Efficient knowledgeable professional courteous - they are the best! Every piece of furniture is protected and they disassemble and reassemble things perfectly - even an oversized wall unit with barn doors. I’ve used them twice and cannot believe the great experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!!
This company communicates very well and is always is available by phone. On the day of the move, the movers were prompt, skilled and courteous. I would use them again if needed.
I have more more times than I can count and this might be the single greatest moving company I have e ever used. Tom & John did a phenomenal job moving all of my items and really put the time, care, and effort into taking care of the items. Couldn’t be happier.
The movers showed up right in time, they were very efficient and showed professional courtesy. They took great care to protect my things and took care not to damage the walls or other building fixtures! Highly recommend!
