I contracted Breezy Moving company for a move on Monday April 29th. The Sunday prior I was contacted by Breezy and asked if I could move my move time to Tuesday afternoon as one of their movers was scheduled to take a college exam. I agreed. On Tuesday afternoon I was told they would be a little late. An hour later they called and canceled my move. They offered to have a competitor of theirs come move for the same price we had agreed upon. Reluctantly I said okay. I mean what else was I going to do at that point.
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, Sweetwater, and deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, but there is no excuse for the unprofessional attitude you presented to us over the phone by cussing and getting upset.
I had a terrible experience with this moving company. Two of my very expensive tables were badly scratched during the move, and instead of taking responsibility, the movers were dismissive and downright rude when I brought it up. I tried to follow up with the company several times, but they never returned my calls or emails. For a service that I paid a premium price for, the lack of professionalism and accountability was shocking.

Andre and his team once again exceeded every expectation. Their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail made our move completely stress-free from the moment they arrived right on time, fully prepared with all necessary packing materials. They carefully wrapped furniture in thick protective blankets, shrink-wrapped delicate items, and clearly labeled every box so unpacking will be effortless.
