Definitely recommend Brick & Mortar. They did an intown move to/from storage while construction was done on our house. We rented the moving truck and they packed and unpacked the truck. We had booked them for the 1st move through a referral but kept their info for the move back home amd dealt with them directly. They communicated clearly throughout the process, from the booking to when the jobs ended. They arrived on time, were pleasant and worked hard and efficiently the days of the moves.
We had a wonderful experience with brick & mortar, got everything done before the expected time. They even wrapped my furniture and I wasn’t expecting that, which was awesome. Came to my home right on time. Very respectful and professional. Appreciate you guys for making our moving experience stress free.
The 2 young men (Efrain and Juan) that came to help load our truck for our move were awesome. They were on time and prepared with dollies and plastic wrap. We had a lot of large wood furniture items which they carefully and thoroughly wrapped to protect them from damage. They were excellent at strategically loading the truck to maximize the space. I would definitely recommend Brick & Mortar for help.
I was quickly contacted by the team that came to help me. They were currently on a job but were very prompt on the time I was given for when they could be at the moving site! They worked hard and fast and I was so grateful since it was so "last minute"! I will definitely be contacting again! VERY reasonably priced... which is such a relief compared to some other Helpers' prices!
