I’ve been renting a unit for two years . I pay in full every January for the entire year and have never had an issue. Until today, I was made to wait their entire lunch break in order to get access to my unit in the hallway because they locked the hallway door. As I walked up to the office door, The Manager locked the door and said sorry we are on lunch. There is no sign posted that you can’t have access to your unit while the workers are on lunch.

We rented a U-Haul from here and they didn't show up to open the gate the next morning. Very unreliable and nobody to talk to or help you. We still have no clue when they'll be opening the gate so we can return the u-haul. That made us both late to work. Rent from somewhere else

Paid about $50 for my storage the last week of Aug and they already tried to charge me almost $80 A WEEK later and tried the payment again the next day. And I was never able to even move in to the unit. I called two days in a row and had to talk to their call center. The first girl i spoke with obviously didnt do her job, the 2nd girl i spoke with at least turned off the autopay. I finally spoke to Tori today, and she was able to help me resolve everything and I have my refund pending.

Stay away from this place. my rent was increased 3 times in 14 months. The last increase I wasn't even notified. When I called they said it wasn't there problem. The refused to try to even talk about it. I called corporate and they said they would have a "district manager" call me to discuss me not being notified about the increase. It has been close to 1 month and i have yet to be called back. This place is a SCAM. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!

The store should have been open but they were not called U-Haul let them know went 7 miles out of my way due to the fact Google said it was open U-Haul said it was open so that's why you get a one-star no one answered and then I needed to U-Haul to get back home
Found the hours the facility were open to be restrictive to our use. The price increase helped us look to other options. Facility closed for two to three days was a hinderance. Having U-Haul trucks parked in front of or near to our units was an inconvenience.

Thhe light over my unit was out all last year and when I went to get something out of my unit, the light is out again and I can't see what is in my unit. The price goes up, the unit and service went down.

When storage pro took over , my rate increase by $50.00 bucks a month no longer are my items insured and units still aren’t sealed. Dirty everywhere I wish We could get out!

There's security and they rent cars at a good price for moving house. It has a bathroom and a trash can.
Good morning everyone! Overall, the storage lot itself is great and I really haven’t had any issues with the company, other than the rising prices. I completely understand that costs go up each year given the times we’re in. I recently spoke with Teresa regarding another increase, as I’m not always the best at checking mail or emails. I simply wanted clarification on whether the price increase was due to the unit rental itself or the renter’s insurance.
