When I first contacted they were very respectful ! They had said they had 10am and 12am available I choose 10! They confirmed, I waited tell about 1015 and texted and asked if someone was still going to come out, no response. So I waited tell about 1030-40ish and called told them I had an appointment set for 10am and was wondering if they were still coming, the young man who answered they phone said “ uh?
I had a very unpleasant experience. I felt I was charged an exorbitant amount for their service. For 6hours of work I was charged 2275.00. They stated they had to charge double because they felt it was a health hazard. The house had a mouse problem and they were aware of this prior to starting the job. I didn't have a problem with an extra fee, but double was unreasonable. If you calculate it out they were making approximately 390.00 an hour! I would say that's a Great WAGE!!

I am not pleased with how they operate. The people they brought didn't help with trash, never returned back for the dumpster when I called them. I will NEVER be doing business with these college kids again! They need to focus on school if they're not willing to learn and operate a business properly.

Not sure what’s up with these guys. I had an appointment today at 12pm and nobody showed up or even bothered to even call me. I called the owner at 1:30 to see what the hold up was and he said he would check with his guys and get back to me but he never called me back. I find that very unprofessional.

Contacted this company and scheduled a 7am on Saturday. Was confirmed. Saturday 7am came and went and nothing. I Contacted Christian and he said they don't work that early..... well you confirmed it. Was unprofessional and will not use them again.

They took my daughter’s bicycle that they weren’t supposed to take. I call them and they tell me they’ll get back to me. As of today I haven’t gotten a call back and they are no longer answering my calls or texts. Bicycle was brand new.

I do a lot of posts and reviews mostly for food and restaurants. This is my first time doing one for a service such as SWIFT. The guys showed up promptly when they said they would, and kept in contact with me great communication. They were very professional and nice. They cleared out the whole center of my garage for a fair price. Overall happy with my experience and 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I had an overall good experience with Swift Disposal. We called them up, they came over same day, provided a good quote (we checked with a few other companies) and they even started clearing out our demo that day. There was too much to do all in one shot, so they came back the second day to finish everything up and the results speak for itself. We (and our neighbors) REALLY appreciate how quickly these gentlemen got our construction debris removed from the front of our house.

I’d been struggling to clean out my garage on my own for quite a long time making very little progress, so I decided to finally get some help and Swift was exactly what I needed! I scheduled for them to come and give me an estimate online which was a very simple process. I described the types of larger items and additional trash that needed to be removed and was given a choice of available time slots and days to choose from. They arrived the day and time I selected and gave me a very fair price.
