Complete and total trash. Derrick Jenkins is completely unprofessional. We made an appointment for 5/11/2021 @ 10AM and the "fit" movers never showed up. I called him @ 10:45 and he said one of his trucks broke down and he told me VIA TEXT MESSAGE. Of I confirm a date with you over the phone I expect a notification of delay OVER THE PHONE. Now I have to rent a U-Haul and move everything myself. What a waste.
Sorry for the inconvenience sir. We tried to call you that morning and let you know we were having truck problems, that is why we sent a text right after. We strive to make everyone’s experience with us great and apologize that we couldn’t get to you on time. God Bless!
Used them for a local move 11/22. They stole several pieces of gold jewelry including my deceased mother’s high school ring which is irreplaceable.
Moved with Fit Movers back in September with what we were thinking would be a smooth experience but it was nothing but a nightmare. Not only did the movers waste a considerable amount of time conversing with the investors whom purchased the home but also listened to their suggestions instead of ours resulting in items packed in a very inefficient and hazardous manner. Just in saran wrap around many of our Antique in perfect condition until they touched them all!
If use I would not I. Told other people not use them I very truthful with ice going to move to another state but unfortunately the house was going to buy the seller so that to somebody else so I couldn't buy that house and mortgage I was trying to finance that didn't go through so there was no sense of moving truth so I figured I could get my $1,000 refund back but according to what they told me it was on refundable but then they said they try to get it back and apparently the owner said that he would but when I…
I’m sorry Andrew there must be a misunderstanding. The check was already mailed out to you. The representative also said they told you that over the phone. Not sure what the issue is but everything is taken care of on our end.
They came to our apartment in May 2020 to give estimate to move from LA out of state. The estimate was very vague and way to expensive. We received an Email with same price and a date to move. They never responded to another email. We had another company move us the day they were supposedly to move us. That was August 2020. Since then we have received at least 5 requests to write a favorable review. LISTEN CAREFULLY!!! YOU DID NOT MOVE US AND HAVE BEEN ANNOYING US FOR A YEAR!

We wanted no moving jay 4-8 hours help packing they wanted to charge us 600,00 hr when we would have told them what to pack and we were told we have to use their supplies and pay for the truck so they want $6000 for 2 men with a truck we don’t need and we supply the bins , Way too unreasonable we have to pay for what we don’t need . Shop elsewhere this is not even reasonable and if we need them 5 hrs we pay for 10.

This is the only moving company that’s ever wowed me! On time, professional, friendly, FAST, and charged as quoted. My belongings were well packed and everything arrived intact.
