Called to inquire about a unit and Justin the man who helped me (who was awesome and helped me with a special to I could afford the unit) had me moving my things in by the end of that same day. Everything was exactly as he had explained with no surprises and the unit was clean and very spacious. I was so happy with the experience I got a 2nd unit to help facilitate my house sell. Would recommend to everyone. REVISED 10-13-23 This was one a good store but I believed once the owner changed it went downhill.

I gave a call today, November 20th, around 11:02am, and the lady who answered was VERY rude and had a smart remark when I asked her what time they closed. She said they closed at 4:30 when it clearly says they close at 5pm. I went on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday in between the times of 2-4pm and they were closed all 3 days. I informed her of that and her response was “well i had an errand to run or something”.

Awesome facility seamless, renting clean, very helpful and staff at the front desk is amazing. Definitely happy with my choice. wish I would’ve known that my unit would be inundated with nothing but rats and all of my property ruined inside of it beware

Everytime I come by here the open sign is on but there close Everytime I call no answer and never get a call back when I leave a message.

Don't get a unit with this company, i had three units it was JACO mini storage I was behind one mouth they where always good to me. They allowed me to make payments so i could get caught up. But when StoreWell took over it was on a forth of July weekend my wife's card would not work they didn't alow cash payments and they wanted all three paid at the same time plus the next month so I wasn't able to make the rent for another month.

Absolutely worst storage ever. I let them know before the first of the month one time that I had to cancel my card and was waiting for a new one to come in, but it was expected to come in while I was out of town. I let them know I tried getting a mobile card, but my bank didn’t allow that since I had only been with them for 7 months and not a year yet. I asked if I could come in and pay cash before I went out of town so it wouldn’t be considered late.

Overpriced, and the lady was very rude. I was at the gate at 7:59 and got locked in. Now the lady is charging me $50 because I inconvenienced her to open the gate a few min after 8pm. I will cancel my storage tomorrow!!! They used to close at 9pm, which was reasonable, now they close at 8pm which is too early. I was never aware of a $50 late gate charge at time of rental and I never received notice of the 8pm time change in the first place. Go somewhere else! This place is thirsty to charge ppl fees
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Over priced non-AC storeage. They close at 8pm and if you try to open the gate it's locked, and you have to call management. They didn't answer for 20 minutes locked inside I had to jump the fence and leave me truck. They called me back an hour later to apologize, and tell me there going to charge me $50 gate fee. They closed at 9pm when I started renting a few months ago and just randomly switched to 8pm too.

Needed an air conditioned unit. Was able to get one quickly for a good rate. Everything was done seamlessly and electronically due to current circumstances (Lobby closure due to COVID). Kassandra was extremely friendly and very helpful. Very pleased.

Stor It self storage is in a great neighbor hood. It is protected with great quality locks and security. Starting up was so easy, even for a first-timer like myself. The person who helped me was super helpful and answered all of my questions.
