I’ll start off by saying if I can rate below zero, I will! We hired this company to move our mother and the guys that moved her went in her wallet and stole nearly $400 she had in there. I contacted the manager or whatever he may be and he was barely helpful. Today we’ve been calling and they been directing us to their Voicemail. What bothers me the most is how you put your trust on a company with your belongings and they take advantage of you, they take what you have and move on like nothing happened!

At the end of the day when everything was delivered, I realized that my comforter and air conditioning unit were missing. I called about both items and I was told that only one item was found. Two days after I made another call and I was told that both items were found. I had to make several calls before my items were delivered days after. One of the metallic handle on my drawer was missing. Please avoid this company and use a company that is more reliable.

THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY!! NO D.O.T NUMBER!!!....THEY ARE USING THE HARD WORKED REPUTATION OF THE ACTUAL MOVING COMPANY FLAT FEE MOVING IN NEW JERSEY!!! BE AWARE!!!!

The quote was provided via video calls and their staff was a pleasurable and courteous to my friend. On the day of moving the crew arrived promptly and went right to work. They initially moved my belongings into a storage shed and then, 6 weeks later, move to Bronx, NY home. And everything was successful. Everything was wonderful! My belongings were also taken care of Rose took the time to explain everything to me and notified me when my furniture was removed from storage and when they were on their way. All of the men performed admirably and were a tremendous asset.
