I reached out to Jason at Brooks and Bell moving based off the google reviews. My experience was not the best with this company. On pick up day they did not have a truck and ended up renting two trucks from budget to load my items. Jason and 2 guys showed up very late from original planned arrival time. I did not make a big deal or say anything because things happen. I had A 4 bedroom townhome and a garage full of things. Jason assured me everything would fit on the two trucks. They did not.
Horrible, they will damage your furniture and not cover to repair it even if you pay the additional moving insurance. Avoid! Avoid!!....if military moving or any long distance moving with any items you don't want damage or destroyed. Addendum to your response: I'm not sure who you're referring too but this is my account and service was rendered with me. For you to reply with such unprofessional response, instead of at least giving an apology, is truly horrendous.
We have not done anyone wrong like your talking about so text or call my number. You paided for insurance and nothing never happened come on your military also we did nothing we don’t even operate like that so let’s see call or text if this is true in any way An apology And we would make this right
If I could give a negative review I would. I scheduled this moving service and paid a deposit, but when the date and time came no one showed up. I called and sent text messages, but still no response til this day. Save yourself the trouble and headache just book a reputable company because this one isn’t it. What a joke and waste of time.
We wanna apologize if you believe we were in the wrong we give til Friday in which you needed to get payed. For your deposit you never. You put down 20 so we can wait to receive your deposit.
I was really looking forward to using this company but the flaked out on me at the last minute. I called on a Sunday and they gave me a price that was a little to high, so I declined the service. Minutes later someone text me (from the same number) and ask me how much stuff I was moving and then they gave me a cheaper rate since it wasn't much. They set an appointment for the next day.
We’re glad that you had a back up plan. But shame on you for taking the time out to lie and try and make us look bad. So let’s tell the truth! As with any of our clients we require a non refundable deposit to be paid to save your spot and guys, which you never paid.
No show for scheduled move. Used this company in the past and had a great experience with the owner and his son. They really helped me out. Seems this time they were just planning to steal from me. I paid $100 as a deposit and now they aren’t answering the phone.
They got it moved but a few things were broken in the process. It's hard to get them back over to get the damage report so we can have our things, what is salvageable, repaired. 2.6K in two days.

Amazing Movers made my recent move a breeze! Their team was professional, friendly, and super careful with my stuff. They arrived on time, packed everything securely, and got it all to my new place without a hitch. The movers were efficient and respectful, and they even helped set up my furniture just the way I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend them!
An amazing team truly, super funny, sweet and got straight to work. I got a piano from a seller on facebook and this moving company had great communication between the seller and I. I asked the seller how they did their job when prepping the piano to transport to me and he said they seemed like they knew what they were doing and there was no issues or damage! Once the movers came to my area they were very patient and understanding of our little hiccup and worked with me on making 100% touchdown in my home.

They were very professional and understanding. Very reasonable pricing and they put everything exactly where I wanted. They were patient when I changed my mind about where I wanted to put a bedroom set, even though they had already placed it upstairs and it needed to go downstairs. I would highly recommend their services!
Best moving company in North Carolina. They came and moved everything into my 15 by 10 storage unit even with me being concerned that everything was not going to fit but they made it work with room to spare. Thanks You Brooks and Bell moving and storage y’all did an amazing job. Definitely will be going with them when i move my stuff from North Carolina to Tx.
