I would not recommend Adan or James with Brother’s EZ Moving Company to anyone seeking an organized, efficient, or appropriate moving company. They were incredibly inefficient and unprofessional. A couple of my items were damaged due to how they loaded their truck (it appeared to be their first time loading a truck). Adan asked a random guy off the street, who was likely homeless, if he wanted to help and make some money.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CO TO MOVE YOU! They broke 1 piece of furniture-my teak wood bar cart-an end corner, almost split all the way off & severely damaged a very expensive console I own. Called several times & Gary the owner never called me back & the way they operate is that the person who moved you is responsible for calling you & the cost to fix the furniture comes out of his paycheck! You really think that our mover is going to do that?
This was the worst moving experience I've ever had!!! First of all the movers were 2 hours late !! The moved took 8.5 hours and some of my items were left at the old house. They did not wrap any of my furniture as I was told they would do, they only wrapped my tv, they also damaged one of my bar stools.Then one of the movers broke a pipe turning off the water to the washer !! I was pissed! Water was everywhere!! I thought I was hiring professional movers !! Nothing professional was done AT ALL!!

There is no option for ZERO stars. Brother’s EZ Moving company moved a desk from our second floor office, while going down the stairs the movers dropped the desk into the wall and put an eight inch hole in the wall. They also knocked a corner off the wall and scratched our hardwood floors. Also as a result of this incident an entire two story wall had to be repainted, we still haven’t fixed the floor. The movers were very professional, pleasant and apologetic.

Scheduling was easy, and even when I had a few unexpected changes, they worked with me and rescheduled my move without any hassle, even during a busy week. The crew arrived a little later than expected, but they immediately got to work and had my entire apartment loaded in about an hour.

This review is for DAY ONE of our move with Brothers EZ Moving, and so far we are extremely impressed. We are moving from Ruskin to Wesley Chapel, Florida and decided to hire Brothers EZ Moving for professional packing help instead of trying to finish everything ourselves. We already had some of our own packing materials, and one thing I appreciated immediately was that they used our materials first instead of unnecessarily selling us more supplies.

I would definitely recommend them. They communicated all the steps really well. They arrived, and all three of them worked as fast as they could. They made sure everything was protected and not hitting anything. Super friendly and efficient. They went faster than expected.
