whatever you do, do not book this moving company. they do not honor their booking times. the movers no showed for my original appointment time. the owner is extremely rude. this company is unprofessional through and through. they charge $200 security deposit and do not show for the appointment times. do not book this company do not book this company. do not book this company. whatever you do. do not book this company. Don't ever use them!!! Horrible service. They broke my brand new 55'' TV and my Apple Mac PC and their insurance only offered $21 for both!!! I called several times and even the manager was horrible. My son's drawer also broken, I can't list all because it would be like 20 things. Bad Bad!!
Runnnnnn far away!!!!!! I was quoted to move my 300 sft home and storage unit....the day if they show up move about 3/4 if my home only in 12.5 hours- no joke and NO storage unit! My husband had to drive the movers back to get my sons mattresses so he could have a place to sleep in our SUV because they didn’t want to use the truck- while the elderly man(literally couldn’t move things) was demanding I sign and full payment I was on the phone with manager and they put the entire quoted charge through even though I…
On the day of our move, I called I-75 after the scheduled window of arrival had passed. I was told that one of the movers had called in sick and that they had been trying to find a replacement mover. I was then told that they had found someone and that the truck was going to be another hour before it arrived. I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience of them not showing up on time. The guy who I spoke with called me opportunistic, cancelled the move, refunded our deposit and hung up on me.

This company was a couple hours late so they sent an extra guy free of charge to make up for it. The three men were caught several times purposely wasting time so they could get paid more for going overtime. They forgot one of my TVs at my …
Requested an estimate and they insist on charging for 3 hours to do a job that will take less than an hour. This company just wants to force people to pay for more hours than they actually need.

I moved earlier this month and couldn't have been happier! We were moving from central Florida so this review is for the one out of Tampa. The whole process of initially making the reservation to moving was AMAZING! I did have to reschedule a couple of times, because let's face it life happens, but it was hassle-free. The day of the move, the movers arrived in the window and were VERY efficient and carefully handled our stuff.

I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. From my very first phone call speaking with John to the time Mike and Santos left my destination location everything was superior. I have moved many many times but had never used movers before and this time I was done paying my friends in pizza and beer and taking 15 hours to move so I decided to enlist professionals and I was absolutely blown away at how fast the move went! They had my entire 1br/1ba loaded in the truck in one hour!
John was wonderful helping me and the price was lower than about 6 other moving companies. But best of all were the 3 men who actually made it happen! The elevator broke and these men carried items down 10 flights of stairs. They delivered the furniture accross state at night so that it could all be done in 1 day. Thank you I 75 moving!
