An hour and 45 minutes late. Was supposed to be at the house @8AM didn't show up until 9:45 with no excuse or apology. Charged me more than the agreed upon quote. Was supposed to get refunded for all the issues, but the manager will not answer the phone or return messages. No compensation for the almost 2 hours late service that delayed everything with my move. Did not pack the truck well to move, almost all of the boxes were broken or opened in the back of the truck with my stuff everywhere.

**BE CAREFUL** By far the worst experience I've had with movers. I was quoted an ESTIMATE of 3.5 hours. Now I know that is can go over. However it took them 7 HOURS. I have two broken dressers where they actually argued with me saying that they were like that previously. No. My dresser was brand NEW. A FULL BOX of broken glasses (wine, champagne, margarita glasses ect), they also ruined my mini fridge I purchased only 4 months ago. The headboard to my dresser along with the dresser (not the same as the other two).
We love God and we Love people. We pray for peace and and the mercies of the lord to abide with you in your new home. Your trials is the testing of your faith to worketh patient, although you see human but it is to bring you closer to king Jesus.
WOW. What can I say. This was an experience to remember. Not in a good way. I was told on the phone movers would show up between 8-9. I called at 9 and was informed I was given bad information, movers had between 8-10 to show up. So we sat and waited. One gentleman showed up in a uhaul at 10 am. A car with 2 other gentlemen showed up slightly after 10 am reeking of weed. I am not judgmental, however, I am paying for services.
I hired this company to assist with my move, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The movers were delayed by two hours, and I was not contacted the morning of the move with any update. I had to follow up myself, and when I did, I was given incorrect information. I was then told to contact the owner. Although I called several times, the owner would only communicate with me by text.
I used the company on Dec 2 to move 10 mins from one location to the next and a job that was supposed to take 4 hours took twice as long! One guy even had the nerve to get wasted while moving the furniture so need less to say that really only one person was doing the move. Once piece of furniture was damaged which was a TV and when the owner operator Prince after discovering the damage he has avoided calling me back to discuss the matter. I would not recommended this company to anyone to move.

Our movers did a wonderful job. They were all friendly, and kind to my children, and they padded everything very nicely for the move. It was a lot, with many many boxes and many hours of work (I think approaching our 12-hr limit with their drive), but they remained professional loading everything in, and unloading it at the other side. They were also fully transparent during the quote process, and gave us no up-charges.
