I hate to give a bad review but this is one time where I feel like it's necessary so people don't go in blind like I did. I called skyway for a move from a condo to an apartment about 15-20 minutes away. I was given an estimate of about 300-400 dollars based on the items I listed and a time of around 8AM to 12PM of when movers would arrive. The first hiccup occurred when they had to push my time to 12PM to 4PM due to an issue with another move. The team didn't arrive until past 5PM.

Do not use this moving company I got quoted $2000 to move me three times and when it got to the final bill, it was $800 higher and they damaged a brand new piece of furniture. I sent the information to Steve and no one contacted me. The only thing they did do is contact me to try to get me to give them a good review

I used these guys to unload a truck that was already loaded, only took 1.5 hours max and had to pay almost $1200! Insane prices. I see other peoples reviews saying this company packed and moved 3-4 bedrooms homes, using skyway movers trucks, driving from one place to another, etc and only paid $1000-1200. Don’t understand why they charged me $1200 to unload 1 truck with only 9 cabinets and a few boxes of items. Tried reaching over several times and got no response.

Lack of Transparency in Billing – Unauthorized Card Used I want to clarify an important issue future customers should be aware of. We agreed that the total cost of the move would be charged to one specific card ending in 1234. That was the card discussed and agreed upon. The charge was successful! After that conversation, a different card ending in 4321 was charged without my knowledge or consent, with additional costs. At no point was I informed that another card would be used.

I’m completely disappointed with Skyway moving, my cousin and I worked with Nori Cruz and corresponded up to the day before the movers to arrive. Nori emailed my cousin the invoice, and he immediately seen the address mistake and called to make the corrections. He asked if the price would change once she updated the address, Nori stated it can, but to our understanding and gratitude the price remained the same. Two days before the movers arrived Nori emailed my cousin to afk of I needed TV boxes, yes 2 Thank you.

I do not recommend this company ever . Total scam originally when I called and got a quote we went over all the items that need to be moved quoted me 597 with a 98.00 deposit. 11am arrival time . Didn’t show up until 1130am then stopped at 3pm then did not finish the job . When got to the drop off location went up to 1072.00 bc of estimate time of 630pm told me he only accepted cash or card after I left to go n get cash bc I took to long left with my items and went up to 1372.00 .

⚠️Beware – Unauthorized Charge and Unprofessional Conduct Please be aware that Steve charged my card without authorization. We agreed in advance that the total cost of the move would be $778, charged to a card ending in 1234. That charge was authorized and approved. However, Steve later charged an additional $370 to a completely different card ending in 4321, without my consent or prior notice. This charge was never discussed, never approved, and never authorized.

Would not recommend. Would give a 0/5 if I could. Paid this company to pack 2 pods for an out of state move. 1 pod at my residence and the other they stored for a week before loading at their facility. The First pod I requested it to be filled 80% to leave room for last minute items. The pod was filled to 95% with some of the laziest packing I have seen. It took me over 10 hrs in the florida heat to fix it. The second one like I said they filled it at there facility knowing it was an out of state move.
