At the begging I was very satisfied with the service they were responsive and professional. The survey was well done. The first day was schedule for packing and it was good but each boxed was labeled wrong that at the end caused a huge mess. Second day loading was fast. I purchased a whole 18 wheeler truck to avoid being mixed with other families and avoid confusions since I had half container to be delivered to a local storage The delivery day was a disaster, half of the items that were suppose to go to the…
The moving portion of this company is great. Moving out of our house was smooth and took much less time than I ever thought - the team was outstanding. Our items were stored for three months without issue. Our items were also moved into our new house without issue (though that team moved at a much slower pass than the prior one). A few of our items were damaged in transit; I have moved a lot and I have come to expect this given all the handling of the different items.

I've moved several times and First Class Moving and Storage was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I barely received any communication from them and had to call to ask if they wanted me to pay for my move. Then I was told that the movers would arrive between 7am-9am. They didn't arrive until after 3pm. I was then told my stuff could arrive at the new location anywhere from 2-14 days. I asked if there was any way to tell which end of the timeline it would be closer to. They told me they had no clue.

Really wish I would have read some of these reviews before choosing this company for our move. We have moved long distances 5 times and this is the worst move we have ever had. First, the estimate was for a full pack. In order to save money, he told me to pack as much as I could. So we packed probably half of our house. Yet, when the movers were done packing they said they used the same amount of boxes as the full pack estimate.

Great experience with First Class Moving! It started with Phil, who explained our options very clearly in a move that came with some complications (storing our belongings while we waited for the sale of our Tampa home to be final). Kelly was our contact after that. She was patient, attentive to detail and always empathetic. On Moving Day, Danny and his crew were wonderful.

The crew arrived on time. They did a super job and were very pleasant in spite of the intense heat. They were considerate of our age ( in our 80’s ) and making sure we had a place to sit as they loaded. Really no damage. Every thing arrived on time and was unloaded carefully. Extremely satisfied.

Though the oversight of First Class Moving Systems, and they were "fist class," our shipping to Texas from Florida was seamless. Although it rained buckets the morning of the pickup, Cassius and Eric of North American were patient and waited until the moment was perfect and rain free. They knew our belongings would be on a truck over enough days, in the heat of the Florida sun and the southern states, to otherwise contribute to mold.
