He showed up, moved two things, and disappeared. We used them a year ago and had no issues and so we booked them again but this time outside of UHaul and they totally screwed us and left us high and dry. My husband is a veteran and they couldn't even do us the courtesy letting us know they were taking off or answering a text. Hire someone who cares.

I recently hired Brothers On The Move for my local move, and the experience was phenomenal, thanks to Andrew, Brandon, and Vick! Andrew scheduled the move, kept me informed every step of the way, and gagave me the best price compared to other movers—truly exceptional service from the start. Brandon and Vick were professional, efficient (they wasted no time and even beat me to the drop off location), and incredibly careful with my belongings.
I was referred to On the Move by Eric at Baronhoff’s because they just weren’t able to squeeze me in due to my immediate need to get everything moved after my friends had to cancel on me. I’m so thankful for Eric at Baronhoff’s Moving recommending BROTHERS ON THE MOVE. The name really says it all, because that’s exactly what Andrew and SAL were when I needed it most. Brothers. They showed up when no one else could or would and saved the day. Why? Because that’s what BROTHERS do.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brothers on the Move absolutely saved the day! We had several large plants delivered to one of our job sites in Knoxville, and the delivery driver refused to de-palletize them or move them to where they needed to go, leaving us in a very stressful situation. I called Andrew, and he immediately stepped in to help.
I hired Brothers on the Move based on other reviews and they exceeded my hopeful expectations! Last week, they moved everything I had in a storage unit for the last decade to the first stop of my mom’s house for an upcoming garage sale, and the rest on to the new place. Andrew has excellent communication and was patient with all my questions on this (to me) complicated, multi-stop ask. They laid down floor protection and were so friendly & professional throughout, just absolutely stellar experience.
