The rating breakdown
0 of the 46 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Brown Thrasher Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 46 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Alpharetta

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I had an amazing experience with Brown Thrasher Movers from start to finish. The communication was excellent from my initial phone call for a quote, and I appreciated the consistent reminders leading up to moving day. Anthony and Carrington arrived on time and worked extremely hard throughout my out-of-state move. They were professional, careful with my belongings, funny, and entertaining, which made the entire moving experience much less stressful.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review and for trusting Brown Thrasher Movers with your out-of-state move! We’re glad to hear that the communication and reminders helped make the process smooth from start to finish. Anthony and Carrington will be especially happy to hear your kind words.
We had contracted with another moving company to unload our trailer. After communicating with them the day before our move and confirming a 9am time, they canceled late the night before. Brown Thrasher Movers to the rescue! They bailed us out! Jerry was there the same morning we begged for help. He did a great job. He was efficient and careful and had us moved in in no time. We so appreciate him and the whole company for saving our bacon, and for a reasonable price. We will definitely use them for our next move.
Thank you so much for sharing this, and for giving Brown Thrasher Movers a chance after your original movers canceled. We’re glad Jerry could get out to Johns Creek that same morning and protect your nest by unloading everything quickly and carefully.
A big shout-out to Brown Thrasher Movers for their absolutely outstanding service! From start to finish, the entire moving process was handled with ease, precision, and perfection. They arrived right on time and completed the move exactly as promised — no delays, no confusion, and not even a single scratch on any of our belongings. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly set them apart. What impressed me the most was how trustworthy, friendly, and well-mannered the team was.
Thank you so much Sanjit for the 100/100 rating! We were thrilled to help with your move in Roswell recently. Our goal is always to be the most reliable movers Roswell GA has to offer, and I’m so glad the team’s professionalism and punctuality stood out to you.
Moving out of a three-story home sounded like a nightmare until Brown Thrasher Movers showed up. This crew was incredible — polite, professional, and they worked HARD from the minute they arrived. What really stood out was how carefully they handled everything I own. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right, not just doing it fast. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone in the Milton area. Thank you, guys!
Thank you so much Rob for your amazing review! We're thrilled to hear we could make your three-story move feel much less overwhelming. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to Jay and the crew.
