We had a super professional move out with Merchants out of Wisconsin, and our stuff went to Budd’s storage facility for 3 mos. We weren’t quite ready for it yet but our storage credit ran out and we needed some of our stuff so we had it moved to a local storage where we could access it. I showed up to find 4 guys ready to unload. The positive is that it was done very quickly. The negative list is much longer.

Movers damaged several items during my move that could have been very easily avoided. I’ve been attempting to reach their main office folks for MONTHS to get needed info to file an insurance claim. No one will return my calls. I would never recommend to use this company. You’re better off moving everything yourself.
Pick up your trash from surrounding neighbors when finished with your packing !! I don’t like cleaning up after others !

This was our second long-distance move in the last 5 years with Budd Van Lines. The team was exceptional. Our driver Ron was professional and communicative. He met all of our expectations from packing to unloading. Susan and Alan, handled all the administrative details upfront, and there were no surprises! The packing team were great! The loading teams got our stuff packed and delivered carefully. I would highly recommend Budd Van Lines.

Budd Van Lines did a great job packing and delivering three partial truckloads to our kids in Chicago, Denver and San Diego when we sold our house in NJ. The Budd crews came on time and were super careful with family treasures. Alan Bronstein provided competitive estimates; Sue Datko followed up on every step of documentation and delivery. Highly recommend Budd for moving large and small loads!
We had an excellent experience with this company and would highly recommend them. Moving can be stressful but the movers made sure they did everything in their power to ease that for us. Saroeun & Felicia You arrived this morning in their nice, clean van and were so careful and conscientious in packing up and loading my furniture to move it across the country. They were kind and respectful, and very personable, and treated my belongings with great care. They also regularly texted me to keep me posted on expected arrival and delivery at the destination. I highly recommend this husband and wife moving team!!
