If you want your catalytic converter stolen, your storage unit broken into, your rates raised, your unit and valuables locked out and then auctioned off then come here. All the people who made this place great are gone. The new people working here are inattentive, heartless scam artists looking to take your money and feed you lies and sorrys. Look out for rats and snakes inside the office and on the property.

False advertising. I drove 40 miles one way to get a unit at the Corona facility. They would not honor the prices listed on their own web site. The prices were much higher for a 10X10 unit. They don't honor their own discounts and then they charge extra fees on top of that. I didn't measure their sample units but they sure looked smaller than they were supposed to be.

Saw an online ad. Called them and they said they would honor the internet price. When I got there the price went WAY up. Really rude manager. I see they have a lot of auctions too, people with trucks lined up. If you miss a payment your stuff is gone. I'd give them zero if I could. JUST DON'T GO THERE.

I never said why I gave you a bad review. The review itself has nothing to do with you evicting me from the property for not paying on time. You were in fact very kind for allowing me to make arrangements for the storage unit that belonged to my dad after he had a heart attack and lost his house. I’m grateful for that. Thank you. I personally think you’re petty and arrogant. I find you incredibly unpleasant and I immensely dislike your management company. The owners of this facility aren’t any better the Sukuts.

Our catalytic converter was stolen from our RV. Interesting that it happened to a couple of rigs here and at your other facility on the nights when security called off sick. It’s really unfortunate this happened and cost $3400 to replace. You accepted ZERO responsibility which I understand because that’s what I signed in the agreement. However, I have since moved out of your facility and you will not refund even a portion of the rent that I paid for the month. How many hits can someone take from your business?

WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN. This place has charged my card numerous times. Valerie is just NOT HELPFULL AT ALL and has no customer service experience at all. She will not get up her seat to help at all. She has turned me down more than twice because I show up 10-15 minutes after 4pm. She says im late and she would not help me at all after the facility closes at 6pm? Don't understand.

Beware of this shady U-Haul rental for over charging. I rented a 10-ft truck for 4 hours (10:43 AM - 2:20 PM). However, they did not check-in my rental until 4:53 PM so I was charged an extra rental fee ($19.95 + $1.00 environmental fee + tax). When I returned the truck, there were 3 workers and ZERO (0) customers. I think they are not checking in trucks when it is returned and doing them later so they can over charge and get away with it if you don't check your receipt.

Had my catalytic converter stolen here and manangement refused to even HELP pay for another one so $2000 bucks later...after storing there for two years we moved on. We were told someone cut a hole in the gate and that they would have THAT repaired. What a slap in the face. BE PREPARED BEFORE STORING HERE.
